We really enjoyed the Inn At Playa Del Rey! This location was ideal for our stay, as we were just coming in for one night and we wanted to hang around these beach communities (Playa, Hermosa, Manhattan Beach). It was a perfect, low key, laid back location in LA. ||The people working at the Inn were delightful and helpful. We really enjoyed the happy hour, and had a lot of fun meeting the other travelers. The room was perfect for our one night. There was plenty of space for the two of us and the bed and shower were perfect.

Hidden in plain sight- this property almost doesn't look like it belongs in Los Angeles- a quiet escape while still nearby everything. This is a spot you would make a proposal or spend your wedding night or an anniversary- my wife and I have celebrated all three at the Inn at Playa Del Rey. The staff is exceptional and welcoming- providing the perfect balance of personal attention and privacy. See suite pictures on their website- accurately beautiful in real life. I absolutely loved my 3 night stay at the Inn at Playa del Rey and would recommend it to my family and friends without hesitation. I will absolutely return. I am a women traveling solo and felt completely safe and welcome. But honestly, they had me at “free off street parking” which is all but unheard of in LA! It truly just got better from there.||Minutes from LAX but you’d never know it - I didn’t hear the jets. We used to live across the channel in MdR and I’m very familiar with the flight patterns from LAX. It’s extremely rare that planes fly over this particular area and they didn’t this time. I stayed in a Marina View room which was beautiful and unbelievably quiet. ||There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the room itself - coffee maker, usb plugs, bathrobes, several different types of lighting, a working gas fireplace and unlimited filtered water, to name just a few. ||Breakfast was absolutely delicious and Caroline and the entire staff were delightful. I arrived so incredibly jet lagged and sleep deprived after a very long flight from Europe and they were so very kind and understanding. ||All in all, it’s well worth the price and I’m so happy I chose it. Like I said, I’ll be back! Thank you so much!

Had such a great stay here! The rooms are so comfortable and bright and clean. Comfortable beds, in room fireplaces, great coffee and personalized service. The staff was very friendly and put on the best breakfast every day. I would come back here in a minute and highly recommend

While the neighborhood around the Inn isn’t exactly beautiful, the Inn itself is wonderful. Our room -#103- was spacious and very clean. The mattress and pillows were perfect. The cocktail hour and breakfast were beyond expectations. Fresh and healthy. But the staff was what really set The Inn apart. Always available and friendly. Oh the beach is just a ten minute walk away.

We stayed at the Inn for two nights before heading out for a long adventure to Australia and New Zealand. We have friends close by so we booked based location and proximity to LAX.||What a wonderful surprise to find this was an oasis of tranquility and relaxation. Our room faced the marsh and you would never guess we were very close to an international airport. The bed super comfy and the fireplace added a nice touch with the cooler temps.||Wine hour was wonderful, and cheese and other small tastes that were served were perfect. Breakfast was also fresh and very European in style - a great way to start your day and very satisfying.||Thank you so much for your warm hospitality and we will be back.

We were disappointed that our original booking wasn't available, but this hotel group flipped us to Inn at Playa del Rey and we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel staff was fantastic! The evening reception was exceptional and breakfast the next day was also great! Our room overlooked the marsh into Marina Del Rey, stunning ! We'll be back.

Very nice little hotel with very friendly staff. We had a family that let their screaming kids run around in the breakfast room so we asked the manager if she can close the door to the second room. She expressed her concerns as they consider themselves family friendly but was so nice to give the rest of the guests a silent time. |Nice little restaurants in walking distance and very beautiful cheese and wine tasting every afternoon.
