We recently stayed at the Hilton in Culver City, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The rooms were extremely comfortable, and the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive to every need.||However, what truly stood out was the incredible service we received from Napoleon, the hotel manager. During our stay, housekeeping accidentally took our son’s beloved stuffed toys while changing the sheets. These toys held immense sentimental value as my son had them since birth. ||We were extremely disappointed about losing these two irreplaceable toys but, Napoleon immediately stepped in and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. He shared his personal cell number with us and kept communicating with us about the search even after we had checked out. ||He made a ton of effort to track down our missing items, which really reflects the high level of service he and the rest of the staff provide all the guests. Anyone else at another hotel would have given up searching for our items but Napoleon tirelessly coordinated with housekeeping and the laundry company, and ensured the toys were tracked down. About a week or two after we had already returned back home, he personally shipped the items back to us - our son was overjoyed to be reunited with his beloved stuffed toys. ||Hilton is truly fortunate to have someone like Napoleon on their team. His persistence and dedication to guest satisfaction are unmatched. We have family in the area and look forward to staying at Hilton Culver City at every future visit.||I can’t recommend this hotel and its wonderful staff enough! Don't stay anywhere else if you're looking for a hotel in this area!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Hotel, and I must highlight the outstanding service provided by two exceptional team members, Joanna and Javier. Their dedication to hospitality truly made my stay memorable.

From the moment I arrived, Joanna greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. She efficiently checked me in, ensuring I felt welcomed and valued as a guest. Joanna took the time to explain the hotel’s amenities, including the fitness center and breakfast options, and even provided a few local recommendations that turned out to be fantastic! Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed.

Throughout my stay, I encountered Javier at the concierge desk. His knowledge of the area was impressive, and he was always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Whether it was arranging transportation or suggesting hidden gems to explore, Javier's insights were invaluable. He made me feel like a valued guest, not just another room number.

Both Joanna and Javier exemplify what exceptional customer service should be. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for guests contributed significantly to the overall positive experience at the Hilton. It’s rare to encounter such dedication, and I believe their efforts deserve recognition.

I highly recommend the Hilton not just for its comfortable accommodations but also for the outstanding service provided by Joanna and Javier. Their commitment to excellence truly enhances the guest experience, and I look forward to returning in the future!

4.5/5. I would have loved if parking had a self parking option. Nothing against this hotel's valet service, I just don't like valet generally.

Otherwise, husband and I had a great stay. Great customer service, esp front desk. Loved the lobby. Coffee bar and big tables to work on was perfect for our half work half play stay.

I recently spent some time at Hilton Los Angeles Culver City, and my experience was nothing short of outstanding. Listen I walked in the door and was greeted by Joanna at check in. She was wonderful and made a day of travel tribulations melt away.

I appreciated that she was able to let me in my room a little early and she selected a nice room for me. Give her a raise she’s an awesome representation of customer service!

Hotel was very nice with spacious rooms and a great lobby bar/seating area for the end of the day. Gym was better than most hotels and the coffee shop was a major plus. Joanna at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Overall great stay.

They make you pay $47/day to wait in traffic before you wait in traffic. Takes forever to get the car because valet is the only option.

The rooms are nice, but you basically need a car in LA. It literally costs me triple per day to park and wait for the car, over the actual rental price of the car. Unhinged price. Huge waste of time on top of being a ripoff. Just let people park their cars themselves. See the attached video showing 40+ people waiting in the hotel instead of enjoying their day going out and about. I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes at this point to receive my car. The hotel doesn’t care because it’s not exactly like you have a choice unless you want to walk 10min each way to get your car at some other place for like $30/night.

One elevator was not working the entire stay, leaving only 2, meaning sometimes you’re waiting 10min+ to just get down the elevator. In the evening it appears they shut down an elevator leaving only one.

The rooms were nice, but for Hilton I consider it the minimum expected.

The gym is quite small but at least has a few treadmills and weights.

Avoid this place if you can.
