Nice big rooms, very clean. Nice front desk staff, got me checked in quickly. Relatively quiet - yes, you can hear planes since you are so close but it’s not overly offensive. We ate in the hotel restaurant - of course it was more expensive than it should be, but everything we got was very good, exceptionally good for a hotel restaurant. And the servers were excellent. Shuttle to the airport was right on time, courteous driver. The only thing we didn’t like was the bathroom barn door, which leaves gaps on both sides of the door. I know many hotels are doing this now to save space, but I hate it. Very little privacy.||However I would stay here again as the pros outweigh the cons.

I've stayed here before but it's been several years. ||The shuttle has changed for the better. You no longer need to call for a shuttle. The shuttle vans run continuously about every 15 minutes and it's an easy process.||Also check-in was much smoother than last time. The lobby area has changed - I suspect a covid change - which is unfortunate because the old set-up was great.||The room was fine. It's quiet and sufficient. You wouldn't stay here to visit LA but it's a great option for airport access.||Overall, it's the best option for a quick layover at LAX. I'd stay here again.

The staff make this hotel amazing! Very close to the airport with an easy shuttle right from LAX. We got checked right in and our room was upgraded. The bar food was perfectly light and healthy for our needs and open late. Also the breakfast was great open early! We loved staying here for our layover before getting on our cruise.

Great cocktails! Great location and rooms are clean. Only there for one night on way to Las Vegas. They don't offer an electric jug in rooms so only machine coffee available (yuk). Breakfast is quite basic but nice enough. You have to pay for anything not on buffet. Otherwise, all good and staff are lovely. We would stay there again.

Great location, I stay here frequently as its located next to the South West Airlines gate, it takes minutes to safely walk to the Hotel. The room is so quite, never heard any traffic from nearby cars or airplane noise. Easy to check in. The room is a perfect size and comfortable.

It’s ok. For such a nice hotel chain it lacked for me personally. It’s made for large events and meetings. Lots of conference rooms. Over all it was good just expecting more for $300 a night.
Pros- close to airport, zero noise was super quiet. Fridge was good size, parking is $75 valley or behind the hotel was self airport parking for $45 and it’s literally a ball through away!
Cons- Pool was not available as it was poorly maintained. Had urine all over the back of the toilet hinges, mirror in bathroom was cracked and so was the sink, carpet stained, no microwave but one in lobby you can use. Beds were so hard. No one in lobby answers the phone called for over a half hour due to WiFi was difficult to connect to.

I stayed one night here for a layover before flying back to Northern California. The hotel charged me the $75 valet fee when I had no car during my stay. When I called to ask for help, I was transferred to their valet service that hung up and ignored further calls. I have never experienced this at any of the Hyatts that I stayed at before and usually associate the brand with great service. I would avoid this location and walk the extra 20 feet to the Courtyard next door.

Room Quality:
The rooms are large and comfortable. The bed is comfortable, and the air conditioner works well. Water pressure in the shower was a little low for my liking, but they did have nice shower heads.
Location and Amenities:
This location is conveniently right next to the LAX airport, and they provide a free shuttle service, which is a huge plus.
Food:
The food here was good, but the cost is where I take off some stars. I understand California is expensive, but the food prices felt excessively high. For example, the breakfast buffet was nearly $50 for basic items like eggs, bacon, and coffee. If I stayed here again, I would likely eat somewhere else.
Overall Experience:
I would stay here again for the comfort and convenience, but I would plan to dine offsite.
