My parents have literally been going here since the 90s and for good reason. Chu Nguyen has done such an amazing job throughout the years - helping them change travel for emergencies, arranging pick up for elderly customers. They issue also Vietnam visas super super fast, more than the estimated time. He’s honest and efficient. Super glad this business exists for the community. Thank you, chu nguyen!

Expensive prices. Very unprofessional. Takes personal call in the middle of talking to my mom. Keeps talking on cell while the business phone rings. When we called earlier they wouldn't answer the phone either. Now we know why. Don't come here. The only people that come here are older vietnamese people that don't know they are getting ripped off

Ask for chú Nguyên. He is very helpful in finding cheap flights. Also, Vietnam visas are cheaper and faster too
