We bought tickets for 5 people in February 29 2020 ($895/1per) from San Diego to Vietnam. But because of the covid19 epidemic we called her to say that we wanted to cancel the flight schedule for another month.
And for almost 7 months the translation was not good, so we went to see her and wanted to be paid back. Then she said we need to pay her $300 to get the &500 back .
And for the other one, she will call the other to talk about the payment, but she didn't call and that person got the money before us but didn't pay the $ 0 fee.
And that is why we know she deceived us. Why she so Fake . The airline didn’t charge for refund. Why she drew up such a story to take our money ?
