Rooms are fine, but it's a total ghetto neighborhood. I didn't want to write a negative review...so I’m not. I'm writing an honest review so you can plan accordingly. The rooms are newly remodeled. The front desk man was nice enough. But it's a dicey place. You'll feel good about your room, when you're in your room. But I felt uncomfortable outside at night.

Very helpful check in advising us of various places to eat an evening meal. The room was large with a queen size bed and four pillows. There were three chairs and one round table and a desk. The refrigerator and microwave worked well as did the coffee maker. I had a lovely hot shower and my wife had a bath. It was definitely one of the best budget hotels we have stayed at. Breakfast in the morning was modest - cereals, fruit, toast and pancakes with a choice of juices and coffee.

This place is a dump,dirty,filthy rooms,hard to get into parking lot. Trashy place,mold on the bathtub and shower. Very dirty rooms. Sketchy part of town, I don't think my room has ever been cleaned
Filthy dirty floors and walls. Doors and.walls never cleaned. Run down . Very expensive. One night stay $185.00 . Don't ever stay at this dump.

Only issue I had was with being double charged because the company did it when they were not supposed to. I did have it refunded the next day. Unfortunately this caused me to lose my rate for the 2nd night so I had to rebook. Anything I requested was taken care of promptly and the manager and employees are all very kind. Room was cleaned pretty well and I was impressed. There were a few things under the sofa bed and I wish the cleaning crew paid more attention to certain things. Marks on both doors. But I wiped them myself. Happy with this place. They exceeded my expectations.

Floors were dirty and small cockroach in the bathrooms. I think they don’t fully clean the rooms between each guest. Overall nicer room with more amenities than motel 6 across the way which is nice. I was disappointed to find out they don’t allow pets.

Clean rooms, micro, fridge, coffee pot, iron, ironing board, blow dryer, the front dest Guy was very nice. I'd definitely stay again.Best part they have truck 🚚 parking. Big plus!

It’s been a great stay here absolutely no complaints and we’ve been here for a few days. (no roaches & it’s not disgusting) the staff are very welcoming and accommodating.

Although the room had a slight residual smell of smoke, the staff accommodated my request for a non -smoking room by having me sign a form. While there was a minor issue with towel replenishment , the staff readily assisted when requested. Despite the hotel's location outside the city center, convenient motorway connections facilitated easy access to key attractions. Overall, it's a suitable choice for those seeking comfortable accommodations without luxury amenities. The bed Wi-Fi, and breakfast met my basic needs satisfactorily .
