I wanted to plan our first European River cruise for March/April 2025. I contacted Kelly Good. We started making plans a full year ahead. She was very patient for me being a first timer . Our cruise is with Viking but she helped me work through decisions. She was able to get us assigned seating on our flights. I wanted to take a side trip in Netherlands. Kelly made arrangements for rental car. She gave me pointers on getting through European airports. Apparently there are APPS for everything. Kelly has been an amazing source for information and keeping me on task plus supplying me with reassurance that I can do this.
