The chilaquiles here are amazing! I ordered mine with eggs over medium and shredded beef. The eggs were cooked perfectly! And the café de olla delicious! Service is great also!

Came with my mother to have breakfast for her birthday since she was craving a Mexican tradition meal. I was very happy and satisfied with everything, customer service was great the wait time for the food to come out was only minutes. We ordered sopes and chilaquiles and you can pick any meat for your topping, I also ordered a cafe de olla and it was so good I love how I can taste the cinnamon. I came early but as we left at 11am place was getting full of people, you should come by!

I've been coming here for years. When the owner of the restaurant was the only one cooking, their food was so good, tasty, and had an authentic flavor. Their portions were just right before. Now the flavor of the food is off its not the same anymore. Sad to see another of my favorite restaurants go down hill.

Came down from Temecula to visit my mother who lives in La Mesa. She wanted to take us out to lunch to a place where she's been before and loved. So we ended up here. Nice setup the service was really awesome and the food was absolutely delicious..

My fiance had a vegan plate which is also a plus to have those options.

Carne asada burrito was fire and so was the chilaquiles.

Definitely will come back again and recommend this place.

It was pretty decent. I was very satisfied with the vegetables and garnishing on the enchiladas. The tomatoe was the best tomato I’ve had in a while and I enjoyed the cucumber. I paid $12.44 for two green chicken enchiladas / rice& beans. The chicken was okay I wish it was seasoned a little more and had cheese, but I was soooo pleased with the customer service and I will def be back! I liked the beans and the rice and the sauce.

Food is great, friendly service too. My only issue was the smell of over heated (?) oil or spices from the kitchen. It actually made my throat feel strange and rough. I don't have any food allergies, and I'm fine eating spicy food, so it's not that.

🙌 Compliments to the Chef wow👌The carne asada is tender, season perfectly, and fresh salad amazing. The price is fair for what they bring to the table. I definitely recommend the surf and turf burrito.
