Still the best seafood around. I’ve already reviewed the Mobile location, and Daphne’s restaurant is just as good. The area’s best gumbo by far, the fried shrimp is fantastic and the service is always great. Only negatives here are the parking is a little tight and the food is pricey. It’s worth it, though. I get the combo plate pick two, this time tail-on shrimp and oysters… tasty! Oysters are generally the perfect size because I don’t like them too big. Even the cole slaw is good and I’m usually not a fan. Great service, very friendly waitress and overall another good experience at Kraver’s. I highly recommend it.

We loved our waitress, Candy she’s very knowledgeable and friendly also was over all very attentive to our needs before we asked. The food absolutely amazing and the portion size is huge and prices are excellent! Have to come here.

Picture of shrimp & crab cake. Great atmosphere, but the crab cake was small & thin and no taste. Three of the 6 shrimp big size and 3 small size! Coleslaw was great, can't say much for hush puppies. Not the best place nor the worst place ever ate

Oh my. What a surprise! We stayed in Daphne overnight and decided to stop in Kravers (first time). Between the three of us, we had fried shrimp, catfish, fried crab claws, and shrimp salad. We all left very full and talked about how good the food was all the way back to the hotel. We agreed that if we were to stay within an hour of this place in the future, we would drive out of the way to visit. The people next to us had the shrimp poboy... it looked so good too. Our waitress was Celia, she was very friendly, and super attentive. Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying that I am from New Orleans so I am a pretty harsh critic of seafood and especially poyboys. That being said the shrimp were prepared perfectly and had great flavor. The bread was ok but I prefer it to had more crisp. The lettuce was plentiful and that’s not a good thing. There wasn’t any condiment on it which was surprising but I guess that’s how it’s made in AL. The boiled shrimp were royal reds and they were seasoned well and tasted great. Overall it’s a good meal for an exceptional price.

Well I was here two years ago with a group and we are back from Arkansas and I took my husband this time. We had the royal reds with corn and potatoes and I got a side of grits. AMAZING!! Shrimp was wonderful and I definitely gave them 5 stars this time. We are here for 4 months so we will definitely be regulars!! Went with a large group (25)don't be afraid to go in mass they are prepared for sure. 20 plus people and our waitress was fast , food was great you must try the fried green tomatoes. I had catfish it's like I like it small stops but plenty of fish.

Before moving here to Alabama from Kentucky 6 months ago; we were given this restaurant as a recommendation while visiting the area. The food is delicious and the staff is always pleasant and amazing. We love going on the all you can eat popcorn shrimp nights. Check out my pictures and you'll see why. Picked this place out because of the reviews. As soon as we walked in the door we was greeted by a very nice lady and we got seated. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. We picked seafood platter choose 3 (shrimp with tail, stuffed lobster and fish). My son got grilled tuna with fries. Food wasn’t bad but I’ve definitely tried better and cheaper in price. Prices were a little steep for the amount of food you’re getting. Overall the service was great!
