Absolutely love this place. Every time I’m in town I drop in for most of my meals and snacks. The quality, simplicity and portions are unbeatable. Chef Alec is the man. I’d def sign up for their weekly meal service if I lived in the area.

I am in love with the food that Chef Alec makes! It’s so delicious and nutritious, I regularly order delivery from Deeply Nourished and I love that I can pick things up from Beach Break if needed. His service makes being gluten free and dairy free so much easier. He clearly has a gift and I’m so thankful he shares that with us.

Harissa veggies (with beef) and almond protein bar. This place is the real deal. All organic, high quality ingredients, with real taste, and thoughtful cooking. Difficult to find the right max of tasty and good macros and beach break does it right. Manager/owner super attentive too and was helpful answering questions
