I highly recommend this hotel!! The employees were amazing and the place itself was very nice. The breakfast wasn't that good but it was ok. I would recommend this hotel to family and I would stay here again!!!

Great rooms with amazing air conditioning units. Large group was taken care of with ease, thanks to the highly accommodating staff. Special shout out to Michelle (front desk), and (sorry I forgot your name) who was generous enough to get breakfast ready 30 minutes early! Couldn’t be happier with our experience.

Staying at this facility with a sister we encountered these problems.
1. first room they gave us the sink would not drain. They moved us next door.
2. second room they gave us the A/C system didn't work correctly. We had to get blankets from front desk. The humidity in the room was cold and wet feeling all night long. And the toliet leaked from the bottom onto the bathroom floor.
3. third room was acceptable
We requested a free night's stay and were only given a $40.00 credit. Staff was not very accomodating. This unfortunately was a holiday weekend and management staff was not always available

Service upon check-in was nice and efficient.
Room was clean with no foul smells. It was just a bit worn: loose toilet seat (almost fell off ?), delaminating headboard, chipped paint all around adjoining room door, other paint blemishes. I’d have given it 4 stars if not for the toilet seat.
Given the issues, I would stay here again.

REALLY NEEDS UPGRADING!!! We stayed here in April because we had a baseball tournament in town. The reviews online seamed like this was good place to stay. We did arrive a couple of hours early & the clerk did check us in early (that's why I gave them a 3). We got to the room & it appeared clean & and ready, but upon further inspection, the bathroom was disgusting. The shower looked half clean. There were spider webs in the corners. Dead roaches on the floor & in the spider webs. Looked like mold on the lamp shades. We did talk to other teammates & they had similar or worst conditions. Some didn't have hot water, bedding looked used, and bugs & insects in their rooms. We did try the breakfast & it was just ok, nothing to brag about.
I sure hope that management & corporate see these reviews & plans for a major upgrade soon. And we paid, $175 for a double room in April.

If nothing else, stay for the pillows! Great beds and large rooms. Great location and easy access to the I-10. The staff is very hospitable and nice to work with. Loved the breakfast. Large parking area. Will stay again.

Room was fresh and clean, check in was very easy with the priceline reservation. I had breakfast in the morning which was an added plus and a great value considering the price of eating at a restaurant.
