The kitchenettes are so convenient. Having a pull-out sofa is also if you have 3 people as we did. We all like to sleep in our own bed. It is a clean place and a good location. The staff was friendly enough. We have stayed there 4 times now so that should speak for itself.

All around solid choice. Clean. Fairly new it seemed. Breakfast was great with some healthy choices like Greek yogurt, fruit, berries and oatmeal. And also had hot breakfast sandwiches, eggs, meat and Belgium waffle maker. Tv in room had ability to use your Netflix. Friendly staff. Workout room was nice with a peloton bike. Nice sitting areas outside. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice outside!

Booked several rooms for a wedding and a few rooms had various issues due to wear and tear.
Blame the Owners. They need to update rooms badly.
Room 315 - stay away from. We had to change rooms due to smell.
With that being said,
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️SERVICE: From front desk to cleaning operations are SUPER friendly and EXTREMELY helpful! Breakfast is really good and a wide variety.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️LOCATION: Great shopping, restaurants $ - $$$$, quaint neighboring cities, and minutes to the ocean.
I love Hyatt and have been a member for several years.
1. Very large rooms.
2. Great discounts for members.
3. In every city, practically.

I booked this based on the Hilton flag and the Home2Suites platform, without even looking at TA's reviews. When I did look later I was surprised to see this property behind other ones in the area. Many of the specific 'complaints' about it are accurate, but in my view those don't warrant it being relegated to the bottom third of the properties in the area. It is obviously not too old a building. The decor, landscaping, etc. are all new. The rooms are HUGE, which is a plus when traveling with a family of grown kids. So there's no AC in the hallway (how much time to you intend to spend in the hallway?). Noise does transfer quite a bit - moreso than other hotel structures - but if you're dead tired from traveling, turn the room AC fan on to "on" instead of "auto" and it drowns some of that out. Didn't appreciate the dope smoke funneling into the room at 1:30 in the morning, but animal control isn't the hotel's responsibility. Breakfast was a little weak, but most of these 'extend stay / apartment-style' properties don't have free breakfast, anyway, so it was an unexpected bonus. For the price, I would much rather stay here than the nearby adjacent properties.

This had to be one of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The front desk lady was not friendly….a real attitude. Some other staff people were not too bad but the woman who checked us in was not nice. The luggage carts are gross and dirty. Our room was not a true suite like room. Only a curtain to partially close off the pull out couch from the two beds. The A/C was ineffective and the room was very humid and it seemed less humid outside the hotel. No A/C in the hallways. The hotel must have been clean and nice at one time but seems it is getting run down now. People smoking just outside the main entrance. Breakfast, compared to other suites hotels we’ve stayed at, was mediocre at best. The only thing that was good was it’s location which was convenient for us. Other than that, I cannot recommend this place to stay.

Great location with lots of places nearby to visit. Accommodations would be awesome if we were staying longer-outdoor pool, mini kitchenette, full size fridge. Very clean. Staff, super friendly!!

We stayed there 2 nights. Everything was nice. The staff always greeted people. They went the extra mile to bring you condiments, helped by suggesting foods to try for my lil grandson. Brekfast is always great and a superb varirty. Shout out to Misty whom was very cheerful and happy to help. Rooms were excellent. We will definitelly stay there again.

We are on a cross country road trip and made a last minute reservation. We came in super late to a room that wasn’t ready. Myah was working the front desk, and she let us in to wait while she personally got a different room ready for us. She was so nice and helpful. Our room was great, breakfast in the morning was great, just an overall very nice and friendly experience. All of the staff are wonderfully personable and so sweet. They offered to refund us our room for our trouble when we checked out. Great hotel, great people.
