My company used Melrose Catering for a product launch event at one of our new locations. We had multiple date changes and they were so accommodating and understanding with each request. We were more than pleased with the service provided by Melrose Catering for our wedding. Stephen was the lead in coordinating our catering services, and he by far superseded our expectations. Stephen walked us through the ordering process, went on a walk-through in our venue, and was there physically during our wedding to make sure all the food service ran smoothly. What a wonderful Experience with Stephan and his crew!! We worked along side Melrose catering at a wedding in Aliso Viejo. Their staff was kind and hard working. Left the venue so clean, you could hardly tell they were there. With so many last minute changes due to rain, Stephan and his crew handled it with ease. Food was so delicious and served Hot. It was wonderful working with you Melrose, thanks again Amber and Jess.

Salmon and tri-tip were truly exceptional and were enjoyed by all of our guests. In particular, I have to mention the rice pilaf, which had such a great flavor and really complimented the main dishes perfectly.

But it wasn't just the food that made our experience so memorable. Your service was truly fantastic, and you and your team went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly. From the setup to the cleanup, you were professional, courteous, and attentive, and it made all the difference in the world.

Melrose Catering is the best. They catered for our wedding during covid times and they were so amazing with changing so many last minute plans and being so flex able. We had to change so many details and last minute. Stephen and his team were able to prep and box our meals at the Church because our venue had cancelled. The food was amazing every thing about it was so delicious. All our guests were raving about the food and how it was so good. We highly recommend Melrose catering!

Melrose Catering Company has been amazing from the start. We were able to get in contact with Stephen and was attentive to our needs and changes especially the last month before the wedding when our reception venue could no longer host us due to COVID-restrictions. The food tasting was phenomenal and all of the food from the salad and appetizers to the main course were very delectable. On the day of the wedding, the team was able to prep the food into individualized boxes and even had both choices of meat - fish and tri tip - in the same box so every guest can each have them to eat! We thank you so much for making our wedding day amazing! Our wedding guests enjoyed the food!

Melrose Catering knocked it out the park for our wedding! The food was fantastic and the service was even better.
