Positive: The room size was good, liked that very much.The young lady at the front desk was very nice and tried her best to accommodate Negative: definitely not clean it can use a good cleaning, dirty socks where found in the room left behind; bed sheet had hole in had to wait a day for a new fitted sheet. Seems like they didn?t the needed supplies for the rooms It was not horrible bu can be better

The coverings on both beds were supposed to be white but had noticeable dark stains on them. It smelled of smoke that they tried to cover with some kind of spray. The bath towels and wash cloths were threadbare and very dingy. Hard beds and don’t even get me started on how nasty the floors were. We had been in the car all day with the exception on stopping for gas/lunch on the way down. The bottoms of both of my kids feet were black by the time we gave them a bath that night. The living area stayed nice and cool but the bedroom was so warm that my husband had to make a late target run to buy a fan just so I could cool off enough to sleep. The only good thing about this stay was the front desk attendant. She was very sweet and helpful.

The room was clean and spacious nice room soft pillows i slept like a baby. The bathroom was very clean, the front desk was nice and very helpful. And my favorite part is the location surrounded by shopping and food we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be going back

The hotel was very clean and staff was just amazing i loved the rooms the room were big and had an amazing feel to them and the outdoor patio area was plus. They had 2 tvs in the room that i stayed in and the bathroom had a nice feel to them. The hotel was exceptionally clean and i just want to say thank you to the staff again i will be back to stay at the ramada whenever i am in dothan!

The hotel has spacious rooms and a little free parking. These are two only good things. The rooms are smelly. The airco is not properly balanced! The breakfast is terrible, the worst we have had in the States, so far. Very limited choice. No warm food. When we came to breakfast very early at around 7 am there was only one yoghurt, 2 beagles, no spoons and there is no space to eat. You have to take everything to your room. The hotel is built in a very cheap way. You hear everything. All sounds from outside- and it is situated at a busy street and you hear all other guests, especially those above you, every move. I could barely close my eyes. And furthermore internet is not working! It is 2024 how is it possible? We would never get here back. Avoid this place.

ROACHES!!!!!!!!
The ONLY reason I gave this place a one star is because of the Girl at the front desk. She is very sweet and helped me out a lot with all of my needs. If it wasn't for her, I'd give this place ZERO stars if I could.
Rooms look like they tried to upgrade... yet it was done VERY poorly. There's holes in the walls from construction I had to plug it with lysol wipes to keep bugs from coming through. ANTS in my bathroom.. which was all manageable.. wasn't enough for me to leave.. until there were ROACHES in the kitchen and living space, AND I WOKE UP WITH ONE ON MY HEAD BAORD THIS MORNING. (Mind you I kept NO food in my room)
My employer booked here because of the convenience of the location. NOT WORTH IT. The "breakfast" they offer is a joke. They offer washers and dryers, but don't sell quarters needed to use the machines so guess I'm taking home dirty laundry.. Hallways REAK of weed every night. Nothing done. AC doesn't really work.. rooms are HUMID.. and when the AC finally starts to get it cool.. housekeeping turns it back up.
I will be telling my employer to push for a refund. Leaving early. This is disgusting.

Good value compared to competitors.
Good location to the Wire Grass mall & Water World.
Room was good. Broken toilet seat & smear marks on TV. Otherwise, all was well. No real breakfast but still a fair value 4/5 might go back again.

We found a live roach in our first room. They moved us to a 2nd room which also had roaches and ants in the bathroom. They moved us to a 3rd room which had roaches also. When walking in the door the vent was hanging down in one corner. The couches were stained and yucky in all 3 rooms. The TV was not set up and you could only get a few channels. The breakfast had cereal with no milk provided, bagels with no butter or cream cheese, and a bottle of syrup in the fridge with no waffles or pancakes to put it on. We were very disappointed in our experience at this Ramada!
