We stayed here for Knott's Berry farm. It was pretty safe. We did not have any problems with loud people or feeling scared. Once you cross the street you are at the south end of a berry farm parking lot. It is almost as close as the knots hotel. The employees were fabulous. The room we stayed in was in pretty bad shape. It could have been cleaner, but was not do bad we had to find another hotel. The room was dated and had some minor damages in the room. If you are a bargain shopper, it is a viable choice. I think some people would be pretty turned off-- but it was safe, mostly clean, cheap, and convenient. I wouldn't plan on using the pool. If that is a must have, I'd keep looking.

I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE UF YOU CAN!!!!! There were a million better options around the corner⦠I am a single mom who worked 3 jobs to save for three years to go on this trip to Disney and Knottās . I have a son who has an Autoimmune disease. We got the clear to travel, and did what we always do called everyone let them know, and made arrangements . I thought I booked one hotel and it ended up being this one⦠pay attention to the reviews like this one because itās exactly like it says. I called before I booked the hotel to let them know. I had an auto immune child and that I was worried about the reviews and if they could just remark on the reservation about wiping down my room before I got in here. Just like all hotels we have stayed in before or anywhere that I have never ever had a problem and Iāve always had people go above and beyond. When I called prior to booking, a week after I booked, and right before I came. I was promised I could review the room and that they would make sure that got in the notes. If I didnāt like it I could switch to a new room. When I got there and let the guy know who said he was the manager or the owner of the place. He acted like he didnāt know who I was, that he never talked to me, I even had phone records⦠the room was disgusting!! These pictures donāt even do how bad it was. I was so tired and it was late at night. I had to go to Walgreens and sanitize and wipe down this entire. He told me well. Maybe you should just not stay here then and you can go somewhere else. There was no empathy from the manager. He talked over me, never let finish explaining what an autoimmune is since kept saying idk what that is.. and why would I bring him , if he could be hospitalized, he was sorry, but there was nothing he could do and there was no where further this conversation can go. Thank goodness I had brought my own sheets blankets pillowcases. Walgreens across the street went and got cleaning supplies and cleaned it myself. Not once did the check-in the next day to see if I was okay, or he was, or even offer me another room.. nothing. I got the whole conversation and will be reporting to Better Businesses Bureau and Health Department, and anyone I can!! Please learn from my lessonā¦.

It's a pretty good hotel.
The positives are that the rooms were clean, there was a mini fridge and a microwave, there was a coffee pot with coffee, and the bathroom was clean and there were plenty of soaps. The bedding was adequate as well. The location is top notch with a very short walk to Knott's Berry Farm.
The negatives are that the mattress is very firm and uncomfortable. The room is a bit cramped as well.

This hotel was filthy, run down, and the front door wasnāt sealed all the way. There was a huge wad of hair in the shower, lots of hair on the floor, and walls filthy. The front desk receptionist was kind, but this was the only redeeming quality unfortunately. I had two non refundable nights, but because of the circumstances, we decided to move hotels and eat the cost. I do not recommend this place.

With the price and location you cant beat it. The rooms are very clean and.the service is great. Unfortunately the rooms and hall are in need of renovation. Painting over everything wont fix it. I stiil would recommend and stay there again.

There are definite pros and cons about this property. Pros: across the street from Knotts Soak City and one block from Knotts Berry Farm. Very quiet. Clean room. Mini fridge, microwave and small table and chairs. Heated pool. Cons: NO box springs, so after a few hours, your back will hurt so bad you'll be forced to get it. Very small room and bathroom. Mirror above the bed with blue "mood" lighting was incredibly weird. Furniture was old and outdated. |From my experience, I believe this property is under new management. I think that the new owners are doing their best to address issues, but to get this property modernized will take time. There were examples of this: new door key entry systems, new shower tiles. But the showerhead was so old and calcified, it impacted waterflow. New television in the room, but furniture was at least 30 years old and the dresser in particular, was nonfunctional. For the price and location, staying here was a deal! But if management wants return customers, more work is needed.
