Stayed 4 nights in a 1-bedroom suite and was very pleased. The hotel staff is great, very accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast was superior to any I've had in other hotels. The pancakes were much better than any I've made at home 🙂 Would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Best hotel experience I ever had. I have stayed at many hotels while traveling and this hotel is my favorite. I brought a few things from home since it was Christmas week just to feel like Christmas. They offer a Christmas decoration package if you want it for the Christmas. They have complimentary breakfast and social happy hour. The breakfast is plenty of food to start you off. It’s not a big buffet but it does offer some great options. Lots of restaurants and stores very close by. Starbucks in the corner you can walk to. Gas stations near by. Ross Burlington coat factory Walmart to max within a mile. Bbq restaurant a mile.
Disneyland is 17-25 minutes away. Huntington Beach is 40 minutes away.
Lots of plugs for electronics. Large rooms. They have a two bedroom suite a one bedroom suite with kitchenette and one bedroom suite with full kitchen with everything you need in the kitchen. We saved a lot of money cooking in our room. The fireplace was awesome and bought wood in lobby at their snack store stand. Very quiet and comfortable room. I slept so good. We wanted a nice week away from stress and from work over Christmas and we definitely got that here. The staff is so friendly and goes out of their way to make sure you’re enjoying yourself. I don’t have not one bad thing to say. All five stars. It is now our favorite place to stay for now on. Free parking

Room had extremely blaring loud AC heating unit right outside the sleeping room, Ridiculous site planning to put these loud rumbling units in this location.
Room coffee packets for coffee maker are stale like undrinkable stale.
Good breakfast spread, Variety and well prepared. Get decent coffee in main checkin desk area.

Chase Suite Hotel is ideally located in the area within walking distance to the mall, several restaurants, shopping and is quite quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast is better than average, and the early evening snack is great as well.

LOVED, LOVED, LOVED our stay. Everyone was super friendly and breakfast was delicious. The rooms were super spacious and really loved we had a kitchen. We ended up going to Trader Joe’s to pick up some food to make over the stove to save on dinners. We were there for a sports tournament and will be back next time we have to be in town.

This place was absolutely amazing and beautiful.
Me and my family wanted a getaway this Memorial weekend with the kids and we booked the 2 bedroom suite. Madison on the front desk was an amazing person who made check-in really simple and helped with our questions. We got in our suite and was amazed how clean and spacious it was . We were in awe. Everything was perfect for our little getaway. The beds were comfortable. The pool was amazing and super clean. The breakfast the next day was very satisfying.
Definitely coming back soon!

Great area! The suites we had were clean and tidy. Continental breakfast is one of the best I've had so far. Will make this spot my go-to when I come visit the area. Nice and quiet area because it's in an industrial location.
