The hotel is in a great location, in the heart of Del Mar, surrounded by the beach, shopping & lots of great restaurants. It's also a beautiful hotel, with a lovely restaurant & lobby bar area. Our room was very clean & nice, but the bathroom was small. The room also faced the street & the village, which was ok, but next time I will request a pool/ocean view room. The entire staff is extremely friendly & helpful. We had our two young grandchildren with us & the staff went out of their way to be nice to them. It's a great place for families with lots to do for everyone. We really enjoyed the hotel & are looking forward to going back.

My girlfriend who lives in Vista planned a girls night at the hotel bar. It's a really cute Hotel bar overlooking the ocean. They had live music last night and have live music on the weekends as well. It's really perfect casual, yet elegant spot for drinks in Del Mar. It's also dog friendly! Vallet is $7 for the first 2 hours. Quiet enough where you can hear each other speak but feels alive and social as well.

I came in for a massage a few weeks ago and had the most amazing experience. My massage therapist so kind and the front desk girl was very helpful and accommodating. The patio out back was so relaxing and it was awesome being just a few minute walk away from the beach. I also had lunch at the restaurant and the food was delicious. Check this place out if you have chance!

We had an amazing time at L'Auberge, the staff were so welcoming and inviting! Corey and Marco at Adelaide were amazing! Corey was highly attentive and knowledgable of not just the menu but the surrounding Del Mar area as well. Marco sat us at a beautiful table overlooking the property and was a joy to talk to. Sean and Sol walked us through the property and suggested amazing gelato in the area for dessert. L'auberge staff are truly so kind and attentive!

You won't find a more ideally located property with access down to the beach. The hotel has a very comfortable and modern feel without being too stark, has a comfortable patina that is not worn out. ||Very comfortable lobby for drinks at anytime day or evening. ||Overall a very nice and lovely place to stay and I will return at another point.

Lovely hotel with pretty views. Great customer service. Restaurant was delicious. I had the beet salad and the tuna tartar. We also had a facial and massage. Nice spa.||Comfortable bed and pillows. Added touch to have a fireplace in our room. Beautiful romantic evening.

Beautiful location, Great customer service by all staff. One of the best warm welcomes from your guys on the front drive and from there we really enjoyed our entire stay! The sunset on our last day was amazing. We look forward to returning soon!

I had a wonderful stay at L'Auberge Del Mar! Emily in the Living Room was incredibly attentive, personable, and always had a positive attitude, making us feel right at home. The live music each night added such a fun vibe to the atmosphere. The doormen were consistently friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile. A special shoutout to Chad – he’s an amazing mixologist, crafting some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had! I also had a fantastic experience at the spa – the therapists are truly top-notch. Can’t wait to return!
