This use to be extended stay of America later changed ownership in January to Extended Studio Hotel San Dimas. What a difference! They have really change to a higher level of service. The owners are so courtesy and polite and make every effort to go out of their way to make very pleasant. This hotel is very well maintained and has excellent staff. My wife and I have been here for 8 months. Web love the hotel and the rooms are very nice with all the amenities. You too need to check out Extended Studio Hotel in San Dimas and start enjoying what you are paying for.

I recently stayed At this hotel and had an amazing experience. The hotel is beautifully maintained and the new ownership has totally elevated the level of service and comfort. One of the standout feature is the well equipped kitchen in the room complete with a refrigerator microwave and all the essential needed for a convenient and comfortable. Stay whether you are staying for a short trip or an extended visit. Having this amenities makes a huge difference the staff here is incredibly friendly professional, and always ready to assist with anything. You need their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. The new management has clearly put a lot of effort into improving the guest experience and it shows from cleanliness to customer service, everything except my expectations I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. I will definitely be returning on my next.

A great value. The room windows do not open and the lobby and hallway is enclosed. There are odd smells but not unpleasant, don’t stay here if you are sensitive to smells. The room is a good size and does have a little microwave and a five foot tall refrigerator. We stayed in January and there was lots of hot water. There is absolutely no breakfast not even a package of snacks but there is coffee from around 6:00-8:00am. The staff works hard to provide service and the front desk personnel have to wash towels. You may have to go back to the front desk and have your key programmed. The clients are quiet and friendly and there isn’t much night clubbing nearby so there are not many young noisy guests. We attended an event at the Pomona Fairplex and it is a very easy 12 minute drive away. The hotel is convenient to eating and there are five fast foods less than a hundred yard walk away and many more restaurants within a three minute drive and a lot of big box stores within a five minute drive.

Wow... you might want to consider staying on the streets of skid row over this place. Disorganized, rude, and malicious staff. They don't uphold their policies and purposely screen calls from third parties such as kayak, booking, etc.

The room I forced myself to stay in for three nights was filthy. Candy on the ground from previous guest. Drink rings and residue on every surface. Vomit embedded in the desk chair.

People are getting searched and arrested in the property. Animal urine and feces is left at every side and front entrance since animals are allowed but not regulated. Hotel employees just step over piss puddles and drug paraphernalia.

The keys don't work for rooms and you constantly have to be let in throughout your stay. After 3 nights of a two week stay I had had enough and needed to leave. I felt like the place was making me sick and the constant noise from drug enthralled tenants and their animals was a nuisance.

Their staff forces you to call your third party booking company and then screens calls from them regarding cancellations and refunds. We even merged a call with booking.com and the front desk and the front desk (named hersh) blatantly lied and said I was still staying in the property.

We will file a dispute with BBB and our credit card companies after spending two days calling them and being lied to, scammed and ignored.

Seriously, stay anywhere other than this dumpster fire halfway house. Shame on you for taking advantage of people who are down on their luck while allowing them to destroy the property for other guests. 0/10 on every aspect of this slum.

If I could leave a 10 star review, I would. Excellent service and amenities! The room was super clean and quiet. The bed was super comfortable. The small details were amazing! We received more value here than at hotels double the cost. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and we will be back.

Disgusting place cockroaches in the bathroom. Rude staff hallway smell like urine and yet they didn't give me my deposit back because my friend just scribbled a little bit on the counter not in permanent marker either. The morning male staff was exceedingly rude. I will not be coming back here.

"This place is nothing like it appears. The manager, Deshawn, is rude and seems to discriminate against Latino and Black customers. The exterior is poorly maintained, with dog waste everywhere (and no bags provided), trash constantly littering the parking lot, and multiple broken amenities. Whoever is writing positive reviews is completely misleading—those are fake reviews. Overall, this place is a disappointing and unwelcoming environment."

Very nice, quiet and clean…Friendly front desk good management. Rooms with excellent kitchen and space. Strongly recommended.
