I’m glad I reached out to Nada some 7 years ago and planned a group trip through her. In fact, as of today, I have completed 6 group trips (each ranging from 22-35 people) through her, and each one has been special and memorable, catered toward the particular needs of each group. If something goes wrong, as inevitably happens when with so many people (someone gets sick or is late causing delay), Nada steps up to her plate and adjusts our tours and schedule. She is incredibly responsive and answers each and every text and call with attention to detail.

I do not shy away from recommending all of my friends, family, & colleagues to Nada, and I will continue to do so, knowing I’m in excellent hands.

Planned a post retirement cruise and included my elderly mom and cousin. Due to my moms age and needing additional help at times, I wanted to have a room that was close to her. I contacted my cruise planner that I had used many times before, knowing that she had done an excellent job previously, and I let her make all the arrangements without checking the deck plan myself to insure rooms were together. Only to find out once we were on board that our room was directly across from from my moms on the other side of the ship. Thus making it difficult to keep in touch with her. Sadly she did sustain a fall while she was on an excersion, and broke multiple teeth, ruined a lenses in her glasses, broke the stone in her ring and sustained multiple cuts, abrasion and bruises to face and knees making it difficult to get around without assistance or using a cane for much of the rest of the cruise.
I know my travel agent was upset about the mistake but, since it was a fully booked cruise, there was no way to make any changes.
In the future, I will be sure to review my room assignments myself and not just take it for granted that things are what I expected. This cruise was very stressful for everyone and was not as special as we had hoped for.

We had such a great trip all set up by Katie. There was a group of 6 of us and we like to be a bit more active on our vacations and Katie found this awesome European river cruise, U by Uniworld, that just fit us all so perfectly. Everything was a total breeze, we had no problems at all, loved the recommendations we got and I'm not sure if we had a single complaint. It was so nice to have everything just set up and ready for us. Katie and Courtney and the rest of the team really took such good care of us!

I could not be more pleased with our agent Robbie. We've been working together more than 10 years, have never been displeased. She knows us and our preferences so well! My wife uses a wheelchair and walker. Robbie always makes sure a device is delivered to the ship and hotels and airplanes are ready to accommodate us. We live in NYC, she's in LA. This summer we met for dinner in LA during a cruise. Like meeting an old friend. Certainly a highlight of the trip. TravelStore is a quality organization with excellent agents (at least ours) 😁

Nina has always been very helpful and makes great reservations for travel. She looks closely for the best prices and she takes care of everything. We have never had any problems with her or her reservations. There have been some problems on some of our trips but that is not her fault. We highly recommend her and suggest using her instead of going to the internet to find your own. She can always match or beat the best price one can find.

Had a very bad experience with a rude and apparently Jr. agent. We were recommended a specific agent but were shuffled to another who too failed to take into account particular details about traveling with an infant.

We tried planning our own trip at first, and found decent rates online, but hoped the agent would do better.

Unfortunately the agent didn't give us a much better itinerary, and the rates were slightly higher due to several days delay.

With a delay in communication we were left hanging and decided to priceline our own airfares before the increased AGAIN.

Hoping the agent would at least be able to help us with automobile, and hotel reservations - and after missing a scheduled phone call and then informing us that they would not be able to complete the planning for another day or two we informed them that we had needed to book our own airfare.

At that point we received a rude email in which the agent informed us that we were a "Waste of time..." and "...very frustrating because they were too busy."

With what?! Not getting back to us on travel arrangements that we need?!

I would certainly have had some sympathy for technical issues, and perhaps some miss-communication in the beginning, but with that type of treatment? Forget it.

Phyllis B. has been my travel agent for almost 10 years. She deserves a 10 star rating. If any problem arises and we have had a few, she handles it immediately. Phyllis never blows you off. We love Phyllis. And the price is always right with a few perks tossed in. 🚢
