Front desk staff greeted us right away. She was kind and friendly. The room was wonderful. The beds were super comfortable and we slept really well. Bathroom was nice. I was surprised to see big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. That was a nice surprise to see. Even tho the hotel was under renovations it was still a pleasant stay. Breakfast was wonderful.

Convenient location, wonderful staff. Super clean and comfortable. It is being renovated right now so it will only get nicer I imagine. My room was (king suite) was huge! Great water pressure for the shower. Breakfast each morning was delicious. Highly recommend if in the area for your stay

Our stay was very relaxing. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and roomy, but very cozy. Our daughter was scheduled for surgery to remove cancer at City of Hope, even though we were very stressed, we were able to get a good night's sleep and wake up relaxed and able to face the day. Thank you for making our evening a pleasant and restful one.

Felt very safe and secure staying here. It is also less than a mile from the job site. The staff is fantastic. Felt like I was staying with family. Parking was a bit of an issue. Most of the spaces were full so we had to walk quite a ways to get to the room and having a bad knee made it a little challenging. The staff did offer to help in any way they could.

Jill and Faith at the front desk treat me like family. They remember my name when I come in to register. They accommodate all my needs. They are very professional and courteous. When I accidently locked myself out of my room, Faith went above and beyond and made contact with the Maintenance Crew to remedy my problem. The breakfast crew are professional. They have a clean and plentiful breakfast to start my day.
When staying in San Dimas, I will always stay at Holiday Inn Express!

My wife and I like staying here because it is quiet all around. There are several places to eat within 5 minutes or less. The staff are always very nice and are quick to respond to questions and problems. As soon as I walk in after a 9 hour period to get there I feel relaxed, plus they have a nice hot tub.

They will make sure to recognize your teir and give you a upgrade in room size if available. They have always went above and beyond to ask me if I need any further assistance. They make sure to be available for late night needs of towels or sheets and will make the trip to bring it straight to ur room. Great experience every time I visit 🙂

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. For the price I paid I was expecting the worst, but my room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was above average in my opinion, my whole family was happy with it. The only negative is the lack of parking available. I had to park directly out front in the check in area overnight because no spots were open, and it doesn’t seem like there is enough for this size building.
