Worst service I've ever experienced in my life. My dad reserved a room for me and my brother-in-law out of the kindness of his heart. But, since my name wasn't on the credit card, I received an email about the card being declined. It said I had a 2 hour time limit to adjust the payment. So I witch the payment to my card in seconds flat. Then I receive an email saying my reservation was canceled. I called them to try to rectify the problem, and of course it's a rude foreigner basically telling me "too bad, the room is canceled." I'm paraphrasing, of course, but it doesn't matter. He's lucky I've been taking anger management. I haven't even set foot on the premises, and I already hate this place. I went to Motel 6 and had no problems at all. Passport Inn, be like Motel 6. You knuckleheads

Horrible business so beware! Trying to modify my reservation and the employees there are absolutely worthless. Got nervous about this place and found a different hotel. Even though I cancelled my reservation well in advance, I was charged for 2 nights.

This place is the worst motel... the sinks are clogged the sheets are stained the towels and wash cloths are stained as well the parking lot is filthy and unsafe. Ther is hookers and drug addicts loitering everywhere. This is definitely not safe to bring your small children honestly this place should be condemned.

All place so disgusting imagine restroom. Bugs all around place. No manager any time. I asked my money back. Cause room is so much worse than pictures didn’t get any help. And area looks not safe

I knew it wasn't expensive and didn't expect it to be nice. I also didn't expect it to be hotel hell!!!!!! When we checked in they charged the room to our card even though we had prepaid and they charged more the second time. When they realized the mistake the guy was too stupid to do a credit refund. He said he would have to do it when his boss was there. They called our room at 1:30 in the morning to come get our credit then they shorted us again. We'll take that up with the credit card company. In regards to the room, the photos speak for themselves.

The rooms are disgusting bed isn't properly made, the toilets are either stopped up or low pressure flow 😕. I recommend no one that comes into the town of Pomona, California ever rent a room at the Passport motel.

I booked a room, when I got to the hotel there was no vacencies. Me and my boyfriend were going to a show a block away. He couldnt shower before hand like he wanted and I had to get ready in my car. I also had to drive an hour home afterwards which I was trying to avoid. Oyo said I would get a refund but their miscommunication with the hotel ruined plams I had planned weeks in advance. DONT USE OYO!

Wouldn't honor our reservation. Better not see a charge on our credit card. Should've just stuck with our first choice instead of trying to save a few dollars.
