The hotel is nice, but dated. Good location and the staff is very nice. The restaurant, McKinley’s is absolutely horrible. They NEVER answer their phone - you receive a VM stating “please leave a message and we’ll get back to you in 24 hrs”. Their app is not user friendly, weirdly set-up and you only have the option of picking up your order, no selection for room service even though it’s available. The first morning, it took me over 20 mins just to order a pot of coffee - the front desk staff had to actually walk over to the restaurant and order for me. 🙄 The same thing happened when I ordered dinner on the last evening I was there. I was charged $20 for self-parking for every night which was not disclosed anywhere. Really? I can see charging for valet, but self-parking ? Doordash is not allowed to deliver to your room because you need a rm key for the elevator. The key pad doesn’t work on the right-side elevators on the right, but you can still ride the elevator. I informed the front desk staff when I had a Dasher call me about not being allowed to go to the room - they still said no. I had to come to the lobby to p/u my food. I was totally exhausted from a lengthy day of travel and LA traffic. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice hotel with big spacious, clean, quiet suites. The only complaint I have is the staffing of the restaurant... Went there in the morning for grab and go coffee and it took 10 minutes before anyone helped me. My team went there for dinner and the food was good but there was only one wait staff person for the whole restaurant. She was very sweet but service is definitely lagging. I personally can't believe that a conference facility doesn't have a dedicated coffee shop that can move people quickly. Besides that, it's been great

This place is really nice. Did not expect this from the location it is in. Staff was super kind and welcoming. Check in was super easy and quick. Room exceeded my expectations, just wish that the doors closed properly as one hits the bed and does not close because of it. Other wise it’s really nice and spacious for a weekend away.

Stayed here for a conference. I am not sure what makes this a 4 star hotel. No room turndown, windows dont open (and ventilation is bad so it gets really stuffy and smelly). Smelly towels, and stained sofa. The staff responses can be hilarious. I got doordash a couple of times, one time, they let the person in through to my door. The other times, they called me, I requested them to let the driver through, and they said "we cant because he does not have a key card". Obviously! Its not my buddy, its the door dash driver. Asked another person at the desk if they can recommend an really early morning taxi service. They came up with the genius recommendation of "Uber or Lyft", its like talking to AI chatbot. Food is bland, so will have to eat out. But nothing good is walking distance. And the pool is like a tiny pond. Bugs in the jacuzzi. Don't believe the pictures online about the swimming facilities. Upside is rooms have plenty of space, and a couple of TVs. Dirty microwave when I got in. And here's the view from my room window.

Surprised to arrive to no concierge service, reception service was pleasant.Problem with noise in room, which an attempt was made to fix. One of two issues fixed. No follow up attempted.Restaurant food and service was good. Limited Starbucks menu available but ordinary from a quality perspective.In terms of location, this hotel is pretty much isolated. Need a car or Uber to get to any restaurants etc

This seemed like a three-star hotel. Tiny Sauna and cold jakuzi before 10 pm! The food was regular, Chinese was aweful! The area had minimal things to do and far away from beach. The rooms were good size. The front desk were helpful.

Stayed Feb 18, 2025. Walked thru a hallway with a leaking ceiling and running fan drying the carpet, fit and finishes in the room should have been embarrassing, extra charges for parking really unnecessary. Hotel clearly in need of some major reinvestment.
When the clerk doesn't ask how your stay was upon checking out, you know they don't really care. Recommend another hotel if you need to stay in/near Pomona.

We stayed here 2 nights, the service was great, the hotel itself seemed well kepts but the food was not great and very expensive, (I will leave a seperate review for the barand restaurant). Room was not clean. The first step in room smelled like old sitting water (pipes need cleaned) the bathroom had bad smell (pipes again)carpet in room was dirty and stained, the kitchenette area had sticky stuff all over front of cabinets. I probly wont stay here again but if I do I will check room before I take all my luggage up since they do not offer bell service. The young man working vallet saw me struggling with the cart and offered to help me, very nice of him.
