They rented us out a cabin in Tahoe, had the families pictures everywhere for starters. Stayed here for my wedding, had no more then a dozen people over for a bbq, but were told we had more then 20 as the owner was monitoring from a ring camera! Creepy! Left the place in immaculate condition and took pictures, because we got called on the day of our wedding with them saying they have seen us with too many people. Yet they hit us with a charge for $350 to clean the carpets! Again, have pictures of the cabin, and it was spotless. Guests took off shoes even. Do not do business with these people, no customer service and will try and charge on fees for no reason. Would give zero stars if possible.

Hauserman has managed our property since 2020 and we could not be more pleased with them. The entire staff is super friendly, they respond to questions immediately, and the financial part of it is always perfect. I highly recommend them to protect your property and make sure anyone who rents it respects it. We’ve had nothing but good experiences with them!

great experience with Hauserman while renting over the holidays. Despite a major snow storm and the possibility of a delay getting into the home, we were able to get in an hour early. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Staff was helpful when we called with an issue with snow bending the chimney pipe and they were very friendly when we returned the garage door opener and checked out. Will definitely rent through Hauserman again.

Been using Hauserman Rental Group for years. They are responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. You can book directly through their website, which can save you some cash. They have a team of people ready to help if you run into any issues - but you most likely won’t need to contact them as their properties are well maintained. You can’t go wrong renting with Hauserman.
