We just returned from an amazing stay. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with such warm and friendly staff. They treat you like royalty. The room and the ocean view were amazing! We have stayed here many times and it never disappoints! Comfortable beds, amazing view, friendly staff, and great amenities make the Cliffs a perfect getaway. Enjoyed a gorgeous sunset from our oceanfront balcony. Sitting by the fire pits and sipping a cocktail from the Marisol was very relaxing as well. It was the perfect Valentines getaway. We enjoyed our stay and are booked again as we can’t wait to return next month to celebrate our 13th wedding anniversary!

Beautiful, peaceful, with outstanding hospitality.

More could be done to encourage guests not to have housekeeping every day. Guests should be encouraged to hang up their towels, including pool towels, and use them for at least two days. Same with sheets and having the bathroom cleaned, all in the interest of saving precious water.

We had a wonderful one night getaway here. The staff was accommodating and made sure we had a room that suited us. The pool was awesome! The restaurant was lovely; the food and service were spot on! Keep up the good work guys.

Great time at the cliffs in shell beach. Adults only 5th floor, though there were a couple people who don't know how to close a hotel door at 2am. Great view, great food and drinks at Marisol. Great staff. Enjoyed the pool too. Amazing ocean views though we didn't see any whales or dolphins. Got to ring the bell at sunset! Great time!

This place is the absolute perfect Apres location/situation ever! Beautiful views from the hot tub/pool area and the staff are beyond friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking to get massaged definitely book the fire and ice with Benjamin, you can thank me later. Best massage I’ve ever experienced and totally revived my sore muscles so I could get back out on the slopes feeling fresh.

Stayed here for a last minute getaway. Absolutely a blast. Bart in the front reception was extraordinarily kind, and truly everyone else knows and understands hospitality. The rooms were very comfortable and the scenery was amazing. Complimentary coffee and wine every day is just an added bonus.
Can’t wait to come back.

What a wonderful location! We could walk down to the beach from the hotel. It was nice to have a restaurant on site. I had wished the rooms had a small refrigerator to keep our drinks cold.
I really enjoyed the spa water in the lobby and unlimited supply of coffee! Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful! I would for sure come back here again.

We stayed at this hotel and we couldn't be happier. We had a small dog with us and the staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating to our needs. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the waiter was friendly and kind. He even brought a bowl for our dog. We had a pet-friendly room which had a small balcony. The beds were comfortable, and the room and overall hotel were super clean. Great location. pool and jacuzzi were heated, and nice. The Hotel is on a Cliff, hence the name of course. There is a beautiful set of stairs leading down to the beach that of course if you need assistance with stairs, and want to go to the sand this is not the hotel for you. There is a valet service option for $ 25 dollars. This is a LOVELY hotel in Pismo Beach.
