Positive: GREAT STAFF. Friendly and knowledgable. It's clean too! Negative: The windows had transparent sun blinds and HUGE blue lights from the neighborhood and the signs close by so it was never dark at all in the hotel room and made it pretty difficult to get a good nights sleep.

My family stayed here end of December 2024 and had nothing but problems with one employee named Ray. We are Asian and it seemed he was racist. He would not let my cousin check in even though her name was listed on the reservation. My brother in law in Caucasian and Ray never had problems with him just us. When she checked out, there were room service charges listed that we did not make and he would not take them off. He gave us nothing but grief. Also the rooms were not stocked with enough toiletries, the toilet paper was down to nothing and no extra was available, also the tissues had like 3 tissues left. When room service came, they never refilled. I would not recommend this place just because of that experience.

The jacuzzi tub was awesome. Service was marginal as housekeeping forgot items and waited to clean the room at the same time we returned from a 90 minute departure (even though we told them that we would be out of the room. Took front desk 10 minutes to figure out if we could stay an extra night

I stayed here for one day with my boyfriend, staff members treated us very weird and our interactions were honestly uncomfortable. If you’re young and go to this hotel they will treat you funny.||Our room was dirty and literally had no towels, that’s a first for me how do you even forget that, when I mentioned that to the woman at the front desk in the morning she rudely told me I should have called for them. I was tired and we had to get to sleep, they should have been there - I was just letting her know our experience and didn’t want to be charged a full room stay for towels I never even had. ||We accidentally slept in late till 1 - past check out which is our fault, I apologized to the front desk lady, she seemed super annoyed and told us there would be a late charge and let her know I was okay with a late charge. Normally as a Hilton diamond I can get late check out for 1pm, but despite loyalty they didn’t charge us a 50-100 late fee, they charged us a WHOLE other day. You guys really charged us $200 for leaving at a time every other Hilton has let me check out for free with my loyalty status. Again that’s on us but after how weird the staff was with us to begin I definitely felt it was more personal than policy. ||If I have to be honest I kind of got the idea that the staff here were being a bit racist to my boyfriend who was using his Mexico ID. Because as soon as she saw it that’s when all the attitude started, staff was quite literally talking down to us checking in and out. Ageist. Those women are perhaps too old and unfit for a service type job because no hotel staff has ever made me feel as uncomfortable as they did.

The beds are extremely comfortable and the room furniture is brand new. The breakfast was delicious, the bar served a great selection of beer and the pool was very nice.
