On March 15, 2025 at around 10:30pm. My wife and I where falsely accused of having sex in the hot tub by the maintenance guy. Guest service came out and said you guys are kicked out of the Hotel for being inappropriate because the Maintenance guy said we where. We said we weren't and you could check the camera for proof. Note that we weren't even making out or doing anything close to having sex. The Hotel is also saying they will not refund us our money that they cancelled service on us. Question-Does the maintenance guy work until 10:30pm? How come the Guest Service person didn't investigate it but took the Maintenance word? How come you can't go back on the camera facing the hot tub to prove the Maintenance guy is wrong? Why would we have sex in the Hot Tub when we have a room to do that? This whole situation is Ludicrous and we just want our money back for YOU GUYS cancelling our stay. And please don't respond with one of your fake responses of sorry. We want to see actions of being sorry not just words. Now I know how immigrants feel about what Trump has done to them on a small scale. Being kicked out for just being here.

Would have gave the rooms all 5 stars π«€, but my room was missing quite a few amenities that was listed in the Web site to have available. The large flat screen TV didn't work either. When i called the front desk for help with it, the person working only answered with it " i don't know how to fix that kind of stuff"
.... Then said goodnight and hung up. Other than that. I really did like the room decor and the courtyard area was awesome
Highly recommend the hammock swings or fire pit hang out areas. There is an outdoor pool and hot tub thats open, but i didn't visit them . I will try this place again though. The price was nice and i feel like they are normally better than the experience i had . They deserve a second chance... When that happens i will update this review....π

This hotel definitely has its high & low points.
Highs
-The room had a really handy entry way with a table that made it super convenient to bring my things in and out.
-The rooms have 2 doors which is awesome because one opens up to the Central garden & the other opens up to the parking area, where you can park right outside your door.
-Room was clean and offers: mini fridge, shower products & towels/washcloths, 2 water bottles & standard coffee/tea set up
-Central garden area is beautiful with a pool, a hot tub, and lots of lounging options: chairs, benches, hammocks, swinging egg chairs
Lows
-2 for 1: My room's doors had significant damage around them and made me feel unsafe as a solo traveler. There are also chain, bolt locks that you must secure in order to completely lock the doors.
-At night I was hearing some weird noises every now and then. It was making me feel uneasy and not relaxed, I actually felt the need to kind of be on alert and it took longer than normal to relax and fall asleep.
-Upon returning from my first day's outing I was shocked to find I was locked out of my room and neither room key worked. When I went to the front counter she just had to verify my ID again and reissue me some new keys. It's not the biggest inconvenience but it was not advertised at all and I wasn't notified that would happen when I checked in which definitely would've been helpful.
-Location isn't necessarily beautiful or anything, you're right off the freeway, but this worked for me as I was using this as a halfway point between the places where I was visiting.
-The outlet directly behind my bed was exposed and that made me nervous as that's a fire hazard... right? Idk maybe I'm a Karen π
Overall the hotel was fine, I didn't try the breakfast so idk, but I will not be returning the next time I visit the area.

This used to be a wonderful hotel, but has definitely gone down hill. Not one big thing, but many little ones. We had made reservations, it was a very chilly evening and the heater in the room was not turned on. The mirror in the bathroom is ridiculously high, the toilet seat was loose (to a scary extent), there was mold in the shower. There was no hair dryer. We had requested extra blankets (it was a cold night) were not in the room. As for the breakfast, it was just sad. I don't see us staying there again.

Positive: The activity area outside was beautiful just wish I could?ve seen it outside. My window spent extra money on a suite to relax they experienced caused more anxiety than the relaxation I wanted. Negative: A used medicine patch in my shower, room located behind the main area in messy parking lot. Old outdoor furniture piled up, cushions all over assuming from the wind, person going through trash outside my room and police at 2:30 AM. Hot tub not hot.

This room was reserved by a third party for me. Maybe they have different levels of rooms. However my room was not updated. It was clean but not modern. First, I arrived at 10:30pm. The lobby and Check in was fine. The young person working the front desk was lovely. However this motel is hidden near a Dollar Store. The grounds are dark and not many cars were there. I thought I was in the wrong place due to not seeing cars where the lobby was. Caution for someone without a car, it is dark and can be scary especially for a woman traveling solo. The rooms are a distance from the lobby. It was difficult to see the room numbers outside due to the lightning. The room was very dated. My daughter said it looked like I was not in the United States. The bathroom was very small and the shower dripped all night. There water bill||Must be very high because it was nonstop and could not be fixed. The room had two doors. One door went to the parking lot and the other door went to the courtyard/pool. I would not suggest staying here. If you do, upgrade to the best possible room because I had the worst room. They did have internet and a big tv. There was a Keurig in the room and two bottles of water. That tells me they are trying but it was not up to my standards.

So disappointed by the service. Made a reservation for my wife and I, one month in advance for a garden view King bed. When we arrived exactly at 3 pm, we were given a double queen in the back of the inn. The desk clerk apologized and stated that they were full. It was insulting and unacceptable. Requested a refund and went to the Marriott Bonvoy up the road. This place is an embarrassment to the Choice brand.

The Inn Marin set my standards of what NOT to find in a hotel. I understand the host is not at fault for the condition of rooms.
The first room reserved was so uncomfortable. Hair and dirt stuck to the mattress cover under the sheets, floor and chair had a sticky substance on them, light fixtures has dirty fingers and goo on them. The maintenance needs to change the tile grout by the toilet as it is stained and very unpleasant looking. I walked over to the host (Autumn) and asked for a clean room and explained my previous room conditions.
They gave me another room which proceeded to be dirty, the sheet had a stain of who knows what across itβ¦
