Port of subs you just lost my business for no longer allowing me to get just a kids sandwich. It just doubled the price of my kids lunch when I don’t need the added sides. The food and service is always good but due to this small change you made, you lost a customer.

Outstanding sandwiches.. Head to head VS Jimmy Chons all day... Ch= J-sound... 😉
Generous meat and fresh sliced cheeses of choice.. Delishes bread, i recommend the sour dough or limited time Pepper Jack Pepperchino bread 🤤 🍞
Great service in Kingsburg, acknowledge each and every person that walks in..
Not pushy for an upsale, which is appreciated...

Absolutely filthy
When i went inside to order my sub, i noticed their meat cutter and toaster oven was just covered in grime and filth
Their condiment trays were all a mess as well. Pieces of lettuce and olives were in other trays cross contaminating
When i refused my sub order and told the staff all of this they all stared at me like im the first person to ever refuse a sandwich. Stunned to believe. Im the one stunned to think anyone would go here into this messy establishment

Working across the street at the Walgreens next to the Subway. Not that there is anything wrong with Subway, Port is just better. Got the #1 again. I like how they slice the meat on order. Still had the indoor seating shut down. At least they were NOT being maskholes, forcing us to strap a face diaper on. Overall good experience. Thanks for the fill up

We usually order from here 2 to 3 times a month. We've seen staff come and go. Some we were disappointed left others we were glad they did. Tonight had to have been the worst visits in a long time. Catalina was making our sandwiches. From the minute we walked in you could tell she had a bad attitude. Even her coworker looked uncomfortable. Sadly, here in CA the likes of bad attitude food servers now get $20 an hour. If I could locate the franchisee's contact info I'd give them the whole experience. Not sure if Athena still works there but she's the best example of an employee.

Staff seemed like they didnt want to even be there. Made kind of a fuss if they had to prepare things such as tuna for a sandwich or sides like the potatoe salad. Ordered a hot meatball sub got a mainly cold one. Definitely not be returning to this location.
