When I called they said if I send just 3 bottles of medicine, it is OK with no tax. When I arrived, the guy working there said that I needed to pay extra $15 for tax and include the shipping fee. Then he said that my package is too small he has to charge 5 pounds for it (it is just 3lb). I felt scam and refused. He immediately said he could reduce the tax to $10. How could the "tax" change from $15 to $10 in one minute. It is like a scam.

They promised me that my family in Vietnam will receive my packages within 2 weeks but my packages were arrived after 5 weeks. The worst thing is all my stuffs were exchaged to bad and expiresstuffs.
