I wish I could provide zero stars. I went to the hospital, in urgent care, at 7 AM in the morning. I had been calling throughout the day to hear the update of my prescription. Due to the lack of energy, I hadn't been able to stay in their calling system for over two hours at a time (happened on two separate occasions). And, when I received an answer, it was by calling through the doctor line. Their male pharmacist was slightly cooperative by explaining the situation with my insurance which is why I hadn't been notified all day why my prescription had not been fulfilled. I wish I had known the order hadn't been made much earlier. However, he asked me to sort it out and to call back. So, I called back through the one line that answered me. A woman angrily told me not to call the doctor line as I was letting her know I have a stomach virus and require my nausea suppressant medication ASAP. I was hung up on every other line. While I understand I called the wrong line, they make it absolutely inaccessible for people who are quarantined or urgently ill to know anything regarding their medication without going in person. Luckily, I was able to get ahold of someone who could go in person for me. I spent the day vomiting with no medication until 8:30 PM.

This pharmacy use to be so good and everyone was polite! In the last 2 yrs it has gone downhill. They are always short staffed, pharmacy never answers the phone or their "phones don't work" people that are disabled and cannot just get in their cars and go into the pharmacy to check if their meds are ready!! And we'll having the app is even more ridiculous bc its supposed to send you a slept when meds are ready! But if I wait for them to text me I will never get my meds. The people that work in there don't have customer srvce skills at all. I know nothing will be done about this review , but I wanted to share the terrible experience not j7st myself but almost half the town who gets meds there feel about this.

Never answer the phone, was on the line trying to see if the medication prescribed for my two year-old daughter that came out of the ER at 9 AM called multiple times was on the phone for over and half each time just to try to see if my daughter’s medication was ready when they answered the phone at 1:45pm they said they just received the prescription. This pharmacy is a joke I recommend using the pharmacy on Broadway the only reason I went to this one was because they don’t open on the weekends. this place has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. The staff is rude unpolite no motivation whatsoever.

I'm saying this as someone who used to work at rite aid locations in Portland and Gresham so you can understand when I say this is the worst rite aid I've ever been to you know exactly the level of trash I mean. Besides the shelves usually being empty the pharmacy sucks. It's a small town, a lot of people live far out. It's like pulling teeth to get them to answer the phone to see if prescriptions are ready. They never answer. I've called all throughout the day and it just rings and takes you back to main menu. So I tried calling the main part of the store and he tells me they're really busy but he can try transferring me. I asked if it'll just ring and go back to the menu and he says "probably" and then tried to transfer me except it doesn't ring at all it's just silence for over 5 minutes before I decide to hang up. This is the only pharmacy near by and we're forced to deal with incompetence. Just wanted to edit my review to add in today after calling nonstop they answered and hung up on me. So I started calling again till they answered and they were rude. I'm switching all my prescriptions over somewhere else I'd rather drive a hour to a different town then deal with a bunch of lazy, rude, incompetent people who can't so the easiest part of their job and answer the phone. Truly hope the rumors of bankruptcy are true and this location closes because none of those people should be working with the public.

Horrible experience with the pharmacy pretty much every time I've been. Which has been often since I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer last year and have had multiple surgeries. But today was probably the worst experience I've had to date. I had a fourth surgery on my throat at Stanford on Tues (3/26). The pain prescription was called into King City pharmacy that evening. Two days later (today 3/28) when I called because I was in a lot of pain and needed my prescription I was told it still hadn't been filled. With no answer to why. Then when I asked how long it would take I was told a long time since I was bothering her by calling. I asked if it would be an hour or two? And all I was told was "no" "longer". And then she hung up on me. I live in the country so I can't just drop in and wait especially when I'm recovering from surgery. I was hung up on for no reason with no answer. I called back again to try to get an answer and was again hung up on. I waited 3 hours and called back and she informed me she finally had time to fill it. My mom ended up going to get it for me because by this point my throat hurt so bad I couldn't even talk. When I looked at the prescription to see if it had the name of whoever it was that was so rude to me I noticed it had been filled since yesterday! So I was lied to multiple times and left waiting in pain for two days and treated horribly. Whoever "helped" me over the phone should not be working with customers. Especially customers who are needing their medication. My family and I will not be using that pharmacy anymore as long as the woman who I spoke to today is still employed there. If anyone knows who the manager is at that location I'd like them to know how that employee treats local customers. Absolutely unacceptable.

Super excited that Rite Aid has declared bankruptcy. Hopefully they close this King City location since the shelves are empty and allow for another pharmacy like CVS or Walgreens to take its place. The photo center hasn’t worked in 10 plus years. No wonder they are going out of business

This is one of the best pharmacies that I've gone to. While on occasions the wait is long, the staff is very nice, particularly a pharmacist I believe was called Victor. He's very friendly and went out of his way to help me with everything and answered any questions I had about the medication. Despite the fact that they're quite busy there, he maintains a good disposition and provides excellent customer service. I will certainly be visiting again for my regular medications.

The pharmacy technicians are bad in this establishment. I was given the wrong medication and this xcan be verified by a physician at Clinica de Saluad. I qwas given high blood pressure medication. BE AWARE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT> I SUGGEST USING RYSHA!
