The name should be "Fresh-Mart" as you don't save by shopping here. Self checkout has many issues and every time. In a cereal, it's less than a $5 item and still the price difference with Walmart is more than a dollar. I usually shop here when I need something quick.

I like savemart well enough for the produce and the meat department. My partner likes the alcohol selection and price points for it. However, I feel the rest of the store is price-pointed higher than other grocery stores in the area which makes it hard for me and my family to afford. Things might go on sale but I started noticing the sale prices are the prices of items regularly at other stores. I will still come here for my produce and my chicken but we’ve been priced out of Savemart. However, love most of everyone who works there and the environment it’s a great place to shop if you have the means to.

The night workers at this store are very rude. Not sure if my appearance makes them think any way towards me but they feel like I need to be followed around and followed when I walk out to my car. I gave a call to ask why they left there register with customer to follow me the person who answered the phone was very rude. As they all watched me from my car. Then asked to speak to manager and they told me no I could walk inside to speak to him. Manger then walked off as I went to speak to him and stay walking around in the back room as he saw me waiting to speak to him.

This location is fully stocked, I like the great meat selection and deals. The store itself is overpriced, I think that's just how savemart rolls. A bag of family size chips is $7.99, I found that to be above average and a liter of soda is $3.99. I come here out of necessity because there isn't much options in Kingsburg

Disappointed in use of digital coupons. This intentionally excludes elderly and others that don't carry a smart phone. Plus I believe it intentionally confuses people to think things are on sale. My phone was dead so I couldn't buy my item. If you insist on this sales tactic... tellers should absolutely have a generic coupon to scan. Put it on sale or don't...

Wow I had stopped shopping here in the past year or so. It just felt dirty and employees were not helpful. But after todays visit for some last minute groceries I’m a happy customer again. I will be returning for my regular shopping days. Very clean well stocked. Cashier was really friendly. Guy in the bakery was really kind and helpful. I got good vibes in here today. Really nice atmosphere.

Tonight like many before I walk in and theres one checker open.. then I proceed to the self check and 2 of them are closed I walk up to the customer service and politely ask if they could please open the other self checks.. he shrugs his shoulders at me and chuckles as he walks away.. I'm a senior citizen and 2 other seniors were in line waiting too... One of them asked me if he was going to open them.. I said no he thinks it's just fine making old folks wait holding their items .. as I walked out I said one day you will be a senior citizen and his reply was basically screw you... This is the exact type of miss management and piss poor customer service... They should be put out of business them maybe they will consider a little bit better treatment of their customers ... But this isn't a isolated incident... This happens DAILY at this store ... I have had it with this deliberate poor treatment of a senior... I wouldn't ever treat a customer like that especially a senior.. purposely and without thought or kindness
