Patel is the best hotel manager alive. This property has no vermin. It is literally the best surprise I had in a long time. I had a king room and for 80$ it came with a sofa or what I thought was a sofa but ended up being a sofa bed. I love the property of course this is LA so you expect noise but it was the most quiet and orderly place I have ever been. I stayed my entire 28 days with no problems

This place was really... Iffy and just terrible so I wanna give a heads up for any future customers/patrons. This place has COCKROACHES‼️, I wasn't exactly fazed but this isn't okay! Cockroaches breed at an extreme rate, they aren't sanitary or safe! We had my 5 year old niece and a mother worried about her kid being used for roaches to run around on considering she was in a playpen. Please do not go here without reading the reviews please, I even saw someone saying they saw mold in their bathtub? Which is not okay...

Next is the rooms we're very dirty, they apparently were and are as far as im aware still getting carpet replaced. There was dust, the smell of cigarettes and weed, and not swept up.

They also lie about their prices, I believe the man who owns this place has family here and lowers it for them but depending on who you are I'm assuming he just brings it up. So it's basically a scam
I can't stress enough for people not to go here

I would give this place NO STARS! this hotel is the worst to stay and expensive humor this ahitty place. Mold on the bathtubs had to ask for a room change. Changed the room. Now the other room the bed cover was with smoke holes, the pillows looked like kids size. Didn't even sleep with all the itching I felt on my body, worst nightmare sleeping here. NEVER AGAIN COMING HERE.! BEWARE!!

Lambert Inn hotel have very bad rooms it need better Maids and to clean rooms it was very dirty and bathroom tub have a lots hair floor and tub.bathroom sink smell bad and have a lots hair and fan bathroom make a lots noise and be careful people work front desk there tell you computer is down and charge pay cash I give 3.0 and air conditioner smell bad feet need clean and fix light very bad and need check all sheets

Terrible customer service very unprofessional not sure what kind of business is running here because the website says clearly checkin after 3pm - my partner and I arrived at 3:40pm room was still not ready not cleaned at all we were told to wait for the room to be ready didn’t end up going into the room until 4:20pm to top it off room was still dirty, smelled bad and not only that for the guy at the front office to give us attitude but him and his people are very good at knocking at doors exactly at or before check out time to dismiss the rooms.

For the price, a good buy. Nonsmoking King room was clean and fresh.
Some cigarette burn holes on bedspread and couch pillows.
The door deadbolt was difficult to engage.
