Met Steve Perry there at his 39th birthday party. He sang to me and it was the most exciting moment of my life. Seriously, i have been addicted to tenors ever since…. God bless KC Bowl!

I usually get great service with a smile, but this time, the service was severely lacking and definitely not anywhere as amazing as we used to have. 1/5 👎

I'm not sure what's going on or if our coming 2 hours prior to closing may have been an issue for this particular bowling alley. If so, definitely don't come to this bowling alley two hours before they close.

Better yet, don't grab a soda an hour before they close either. 🙄

I had wanted to grab a couple of sodas for my sons and I...

Upon arriving at the snack bar, nobody was there. I waited a good 5 minutes only to be greeted by an unknown woman walking by that they had already closed out the snack bar till.

Wait... what!?

Why would you close out a snack bar till an hour before closing?!

Y'all make no damn sense!

Regardless, I was never greeted with any customer service...

No apology. Nothing.

Nobody did anything to remedy the situation, either.

We felt incredibly rushed and didn't even bother to stay for another game.

It's just frustrating because we were thirsty, and I almost always bring back-up water.

So we start sipping on that, and I'm being yelled at, over 4 bowling lanes at least, to move my water back?

Wait, move my water back to where?

Mind you, there's no signs stating otherwise except no outside drinks. My water was an outside drink, and they didn't even say anything about that, so what the heck, Kings County Bowl!?

I can not and will not give this place my usual 5 stars after my last experience.

I will be taking my business and recommending the Visalia bowling alley from here on out.

Aboot 100 bucks less than bowlero in visalia for the same thing

customer service is HORRIBLE! if you're going to be mad because we arrive 2 hours before closing, please close at 8 pm! no 10! I feel extremely rushed when we arrive, an old lady and old men that was in the counter have a very bad attitude, very rude, we dont feel welcome They treat you as if they were giving you things for free, I will never going back again, I dont recommend this place Only if you want to go and feel uncomfortable, see bitter faces, and be treated as if they don't want you there.

What a great hidden gem! Very nice atmosphere; the system is so awesome as it puts up bumpers automatically per player as needed.
