What a great little spot for breakfast/brunch. Had their breakfast wrap, and it was delicious. It had everything that you would want for breakfast in a wrap. A little under seasoned, but there's a self-serve station with condiments, salt and pepper. Outdoor seating by a not-so-busy street. Also had their maple glazed scone, it's the perfect size if you crave a little dessert after your meal, 12/10, really inexpensive as well. Definitely recommend.

Incredible and affordable breakfast spot with only limited outdoor seating. Very cute and country theme. I had a bagel sandwich which was great. They have a decent but small coffee bar for creamer, chocolate, or cinnamon. Good and fresh coffee. Scones looked incredible but u didn't buy any. Next time!!

Original: I’ve been a loyal customer for 1-2 years, came at least 4 times a week for their coffee. They didn’t answer the phone for orders and I wasn’t able to order online, so I had my friend order in store and pick up for me this one time. I wanted iced drinks and hot drinks were prepared. It is understandable, so I went to the cafe to politely ask to remake for me. They declined my request with rude attitude. They said there has been a misunderstanding, and since it’s not their fault, replacement cannot be made and I need to pay for drinks again. When I showed them I didn’t even drink a sip, the milk foam appears to go down and that’s why it’s not filled up all the way to the top, they decided to replace just one cup of coffee and still refused to replace the other one. I understand there was misunderstanding between my friend and the employee, but this is first time happening and I’m very disappointed with their customer service and the way they are handling this situation. They made me feel like I’m requesting something unreasonable and they were extremely rude. Another employee also came up and tried to argue, giving me dirty looks, speaking in different language, obviously complaining about this situation.
I’ve been coming here frequently because coffee was good, but I will never come back again. It’s because of their horrible customer service. Other cafes would’ve handled this situation a lot better. Even if they decided not to replace $5-6 drink, if they tried to apologize that there was misunderstanding so can’t remake, I wouldn’t have been this frustrated and leave this review. They tried to argue 5 minutes straight with rude attitude and no apology in order to not remake one drink. I see other reviews about their attitude and bad customer service, and I see why. They just lost a loyal customer.

Located at 928 Silverado Street La Jolla this counter service restaurant has coffees, breakfast pastries,sandwiches, and more. We had an iced latte, a couple scones, 2 slices of chocolate chip banana bread, a BLT, and a turkey avocado sandwich. They provide you with a buzzer to know when to pick up your order from the counter. There is seating mostly outside with a couple tables inside. They do have a restroom.

I read reviews raving about this place, and they weren’t wrong! My drink was so refreshing (chai latte) and my sandwich was delicious as well. The bread was warm and toasted and the prices are great, especially for La Jolla. There’s only seating outdoors, but it wasn’t crowded when I went. Don’t miss this cafe!

Nice small cafe... but almost no view. The trash bins are located right next to the cafe, so it was loud and smelly. The restroom is so outdated... smoothie was delicious, but the wait was long

This little hidden gem is an absolute must try everything we had was above and beyond any expectations of such a little front but let me tell you it's magic coming out of the back of that amazing place! I hope they stay in business for a very long time and get busier. From a light but good looking breakfast menu to the lunch and dessert offerings. The food is made with love and you can taste it in the way it's prepared portions and presentation. It's the little things that makes a place like this thrive.
