I rented the premier suite and had the best experience. After reading some reviews I was wary, so I called front desk for affirmation. She assured me that my room would be spotless and it did not disappoint. I can't wait until my next trip here 🥰

To start. Check in wasn’t until 5pm. What hotel has a 5pm check in? Ridiculous. We had to leave at 4:30 to catch train for an event downtown. We picked this hotel based on proximity to metro line. We Wouldn’t be back until after midnight, the office closes at 11pm. What? |So we waited around to check in. |The front desk clerk, Rosie, was clearly frazzled. Even though only one other customer was in lobby. Basically yelling at everyone instead of just speaking. Very odd. We were able to check in at 4:00. When Rosie called out “get over here” for us to check in. Just zero manners or customer service skills. |Got to our room which matched zero photos on any booking site. What a dump. A bed. Outdoor looking table (totally broken) with one plastic type chair. Horrible bed, you can feel the springs. Live Cockroach in bathroom when husband used bathroom in middle of the night. Not that we would have eaten there but booking ads states breakfast. Ya. No breakfast. The lobby area was full of junk. Tables where breakfast would have been were covered in junk. |I’ve stayed in a lot of budget hotels. A little shabby is okay as long as they are clean. This place was falling apart. Filthy. Terrible staff. I mean I cannot say one positive thing about it. They need to Update their listings to reflect what it is. A total dive.

Nice, clean, remodeled rooms....also, very good prices! Free breakfast in the AM, and the whole place is nice and quiet too. All in all, very enjoyable experience....thanks!

Room was dirty even under the bed a lot stained pillow case I paid $114 too much for this room tbh it was really dirty .. but the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly great customer service

Night staff was friendly and helpful lobby has Drinks, Snacks, and instant Food items for Sale at reasonable prices. Pool was Open and clean has a GYM and indoor Spa that unfortunately was being repaired or remodeled and closed but expected to be opened soon this place was a pleasure to stay at.. oh rooms are spacious ac was perfect..

There was a cockroach in our room, a huge nasty stain on the bed, the desk was stained and clearly uncleaned and it smells like someone took a massive poop in the vents.

I had to call department of health because I found cockroaches in the ice bucket where the plastic cups I’m supposed to use for drinking were.||I also had to chase a mouse out with a broom from the back of my toilet bowl., outside. ||||They only clean your room twice. The day you arrive and the day you leave.i had to buy my own cleaning materials from Target.||Pls look at the pictures I saved while I was there how dirty it was.
