We had 6 in the unit and a wonderful stay. While a chair was a bit worn, Thomas was excellent in locating a more acceptable replacement. Great service.
We loved the ski in ski out accessibility and access to dining and activities. Underground heated parking is a convenient perk. Robes made the short walk to the hot tub much more pleasant. I just could have used more hooks in the unit to hang clothes and ski gear. But the spacious unit provided ample storage for all of our belongings. Best were the gas fireplaces on a timer. Great ambiance and heat kick.

Rooms very spacious. It's fun place to relax. Plenty of activities for the kids. It's very charming. It was 6 of us. Plenty of space on the 2 bedroom villa. All staff was amazing. Seriously. Everyone with a smile! Super happy to help you out. Pools excellent. Gondolas free. Parking is amazing. Underneath the rooms. Very happy. Will return.

The only reason for fewer stars is the customer services that need improvement. Both, over the phone and at the front desk. The lack of professionalism and problem solving has declined each year instead of being the opposite. Time share is mandatory, and they make sure to throw on your face how lucky you are for " the great rate." I am beyond disappointed with call center that tells you one thing and at property they tell something different and all that you get is 'I am sorry'. Besides that the room is nice and spacious, I like how equipped the house is. It's missing items on my unit in the kitchen like blender, wine glass, and the appliances from the top of the fridge to the inside toaster is absolutely dirty and gross. I just use washable things to avoid the risk of food contamination. I love the green grass, the trees, to hear the birds singing and the quiet. That's the only reason that I keep coming.

The location is beautiful, however for the hefty amount you pay per night the beds are not clean! They don’t change the sheets or bedding we found several stains on our sheets and bed covers. That is disgusting and unacceptable considering this is supposed to be a higher end place. The pull out couch clearly hasn’t been cleaned there were stain marks and crumbs every where. Again, for the price you pay these rooms should be immaculate.
They really need to up the housekeeping and provide customers much cleaner service than what we experienced. The location is beautiful however, the dirty bedding is a reason for me to not return to this location.

This is a beautiful resort with a plethora of amenities. The staff are 5 star! Danielle, our receptionist, was AMAZING! If you are looking for a great family friendly resort this is the place for you. Also, a short gondola ride affords you the opportunity to visit the Ritz-Carlton.

Spent multiple winter weeks here over the years. We buy our weeks directly from owners on a third-party timeshare resale site and often get a fantastic deal. The staff is awesome here, friendly and accommodating, with quick fixes for issues in rooms and thoughtful activities for kids around the holidays.

Condos are a huge step up from a hotel room, all furnished to an identical standard. Kitchen has induction range, microwave, good (Bosch) dishwasher etc. big ol’ TVs

Beds very comfy, linens and baths super clean.

In winter, you can use all Hyatt amenities, including free shuttle directly to ski lifts at Diamond Peak (a wonderful small resort) ~10 min away. Also outdoor pools and hot tubs, gym, etc.

Our family of 8 (3 adults & 5 kids) stayed in the 3 bedroom villa over New Years Eve 2025. Room 407. It was a nice corner room with half views of the parking lot and side views of one of the ski lifts. Overall I would rate the view for this unit a 7/10 because the balcony was a bit small and did face a parking lot that was quit noisey in the morning. However, I would still be happy staying in this unit again, although, it wouldn’t be my first choice. The inside of the unit was very cozy rustic vibes. Felt like a small cabin. The kitchen was amazing! Viking stove/ refrigerator/ and plenty of room to cook and prepare dinner. The rooms were spacious and the big dining room table was perfect for family dinner. The grounds at the HVC are ok as we didn’t like that there was no central lobby or any restaurant onsite. Bring your own bottled water. The reservation desk doesn’t even sell water/coffee which we found a little disappointing while we were spending close to $5k a night for this unit over new years. We also were a little disappointed as the only open hot tub was located in a building next door so a little more difficult/cold walk when it’s snowing. Something to note, the front desk does allow you to check out free DVD rentals and had a great long list of current movies. Pro tip, the front desk told us that the only place to play the DVD was in the main family room but we found that not to be the case once my son realized all you had to do was switch the HDMI cable in the back rooms and we could watch DVD’s in there as well! Perfect location if you are skiing at Northstar as it is less than 1 minute walk to the center of the village and maybe 5 minutes to the main gondola. Overall I would recommend this place for families (not party people) and would love to stay again!

Absolutely unbelievable it was 8:45 and happy Birthday was just sung. A young girl came to our door and threatend to escort my family off the property in the middle of a snow storm....I had my entire family in town for my birthday and they gave us an ultimatum. I have young nieces and nephews and yes they can be loud but we live local and thought we could all enjoy a family environment without a threatening of eviction we chose this venue because it was easy for us to gather and celebrate. Do not book here and expect decorum absolutely baffled at the lack of respect their staff shows, I will not be returning.I had my youngest niece with me when I answered our door to a young woman full of threats and mistreatment. No one will ever threaten to escort my family off property as if we are criminals for enjoying each other and enjoying life.
