Top 2 best hotels in the United States. My daughter and I love being at the hotel. They have the most wonderful staff, and we will be guests for life. The pool is probably our favorite area, but the bedrooms are amazing… We love the gift shop. The whole place is just wonderful. The Valet drivers are always so kind. We always rent a Lamborghini or Rolls Royce so we blend in well… You will see some of the finest cars in the countrysitting on the front row. It’s just an amazing place to be.

Some places just have that feeling. When you step onto the pink-and-green grounds of The Beverly Hills Hotel, you know you’ve arrived somewhere magical. This place feels like home. ||From the second you walk through the doors, the staff makes you feel like family. They remember your name, your favorite table at the Polo Lounge, and how you like your morning coffee. There’s something deeply comforting about it—like they’re truly happy you’re there, not just because it’s their job, but because they genuinely love this place as much as you do.||If you can swing it, you have to stay in one of the bungalows. Tucked away from the main hotel, each one feels like its own little private paradise. The history here is palpable.||One of the hotel’s most unexpected joys? The dogs. Everywhere. They lounge at their owners’ feet in the Polo Lounge, take slow morning strolls through the lush pathways, and somehow seem to understand they are part of something truly special. Honestly, it makes the whole experience even better.||It’s hard to put into words exactly why The Beverly Hills Hotel is so special. Yes, it’s stunning. Yes, it’s historic. Yes, the service is flawless. But beyond all that, it just has this energy—this warmth, this magic—that makes you feel like you’re part of something bigger. Maybe it’s the staff, maybe it’s the history, maybe it’s the fact that every single guest seems to be in the best mood of their lives.||Go for it. You won't regret it.

I stayed here last month and it was incredible. The service was top notch. If you needed something, it was there in an instant. Their valet service really amazed me. The amount of cars they were handling, while still greeting/taking car of guests, along with controlling traffic..just wow. They were so professional and happily answered any questions about then hotel or the area.

I could not get over the aesthetic of the hotel. I spent two nights and really didn't wanna leave the hotel! Of course I did, but remember how excited I was to come back to my room.

Room service was excellent (both food and service) and the salmon I had was the best I have had, to this date still.

If you get the chance, stay here at least once. The amount of history, service, amenities, rooms and location will 100% make it worth it. I am excited to return soon!

Service is 5-Star, But…other than a standard pool…. don’t expect much. No decent lobby, no amazing views, no amazing gardens (despite remote rooms). The refurbished hotel is immaculately clean. There are much better options such as Four Seasons in Agoura for spa and pool or Waldorf Astoria for location and views. The worst was on arrival I was dropping off a friend and was told I had only five minutes to return to my car or I would be charged $28 for parking. We rushed to check-in the front desk was unapologetic stating parking was ran by an independent company. So the check in was rushed and so unpleasant I DONT RECOMMEND the hotel as it was a one star welcome and a deflection or passing of the buck of a clear problem where a bad taste of arrival stuck in my mind until I returned later. As it was Sunday, the greedy independent parking company could have stated I could park on the street for free and no time limited, but that really wasn’t the issues, it was the five minute drop off limit…. As someone who has stayed at hundreds of hotels, this gave me a one star experience and as you can see…. A long narrative.

The Beverly Hills Hotel is pure perfection! From the moment you step onto the iconic grounds, you’re treated like royalty. The attention to detail is unmatched—luxurious rooms, impeccable service, ( special thanks to Mikkie Williams who welcomed us and really helped us getting settled), and a serene atmosphere that truly makes you feel special.

The Polo Lounge is a must-visit for an unforgettable dining experience, and the pool area is nothing short of paradise. Every corner of this hotel exudes elegance and charm, reminding you why it’s a legendary destination.

Whether you’re there for a getaway or a special occasion, the Beverly Hills Hotel makes it unforgettable. Five stars are simply not enough!! Already planning my next visit!

We are a family of 4 presently staying at the hotel, having been here 4 nights already. We just extended our trip several days because our stay has been extraordinary. I have been frequenting this hotel since 1992 when I first came with my Dad for a short winter trip from Boston as a teenager. About 15 years ago, l camped here for a month while my LA house was under construction; and when I lived in LA for 20 years, I would stay here about one night every month to work undisturbed in this calming garden of pink and green. In fact, I wrote (and then sold to a major studio) my first screenplay while sitting by their legendary pool, fueled by their lattes, the music and the energy. Now, I return with a family and totally different needs. What a relief to see that an institution like this continues to retain its charm. We stay at the absolute best hotels all over the world. So many similarly historical hotels globally have lost that magical feeling you get when you sleep among all the ghosts. I appreciate that this hotel has not sanitized itself and still has a sense of humor and some old-school-class and spirit. The staff is remarkable. Everyone remembers my name and as a 47 year old mother, it is nice to be remembered. I understand this is their shtick but I love it. And you don't get such personalized attention many other places especially at hotels this large. The food has been perfect and the drinks some of the best I've ever had. The service in the restaurants and the kind and bright personalities of the cleaning crew, the bell people, room service and so forth have made it all even more special. It They have not put a foot wrong. Even my laundry was done extra-thoughtfully. Their tolerance and patience with my kids and all the kids here has been wonderful. It feels in the most comforting way like I have come home. I have missed Los Angeles and I am grateful to see some of it hasn't changed. Thank you BHHOTEL you have renewed me. - The Raymond-Glossermans
