What a great place to stay. They treated us the best we have ever been treated at a hotel. From the moment we stepped on property, we felt welcomed. The front desk was so accommodating and were excellent to work with. The rooms were fantastic. The staff treated us so good all around. ||The rooftop pool is amazing. What a spot. You feel like you are at a private beach.||We had breakfast, and there were so many great options, we went back the second day. Huge shout out to Natalia for her service, and for the conversation. She had a lot of great recommendations for places to visit while we were in town. She is a gem.||We will stay here again the next time we are in town. Thank you so much for taking care of us and making us feel special. Fantastic staff all the way around.

I recently stayed at the SLS Hotel and had an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail of my stay was perfect. The rooms are stylish, modern, and exceptionally comfortable, with luxurious amenities that made me feel pampered. The dining options were amazing, with delicious cuisine and a chic atmosphere. The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring the area, and the rooftop pool offers stunning views and a great place to relax. Wow!!! Our first experience at SLS is amazing! We travel a lot and their service is one of the best! From the moment we arrived, valet was kind and patient. Our suite was actually sold out and they kindly upgraded us. Kaylee at the front desk was extremely personable and considerate. We could tell she really put thought and compassion into the service she provided us. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and a pleasure to stay in! The gym and pool are also kept in excellent condition. Have yet to try the food here, but so far, tremendously surprised and happy with our stay. The hotel is also close to big shopping areas and a short ride to Rodeo. Trader Joe’s is walking distance and so is Hot 8 if you’re a yoga enthusiast like myself - easily the best yoga spot nearby. We’re excited for the rest of our stay, and to return to the SLS!

I was lucky enough to receive a private tour of the Speakeasy—a hidden gem in all its splendor! SLS consistently delivers on excellent service. I stay here multiple times per year, and although some portions of the property are starting to look a little tired, I love the rooms which are spacious and quiet. The staff at every level, from valet, housekeeping, front desk to restaurants are top notch professionals.

Attended the Emily's List meeting. As always the hotel staff was superb; they moved the event inside when rain threatened to make the patio too cool. The staff is VERY helpful from directing you to the right place; how to avoid the rainy front stairs; the valet service and the yummy appetizers.
