Had dinner here on a Sunday for my dads Birthday dinner, place is small but very nice with a cowboy theme, cool old pictures from the local area in the waiting area, service was great and the food was amazing! My very picky mom and wife didn't have a single complaint and that almost never happens! This is a hidden gem, just as delicious as Prime13 and Cracked Pepper. The creme brulee and chocolate molten cake with ice cream was the perfect dessert to end the night. Good, drinks, dessert, all of it amazing. I give this place 2 thumbs up and 5 stars!!

From the time we walked in it was so peaceful and just warm and inviting. We seen the fireplace on the wall and felt cozy. It was very relaxing and had an enjoyable atmosphere. So I got what I came for I’ve been talking about it all week and it was my very first Tomohawk steak 🥩 . It was so big and amazing literally better than what I imagined. So I got it well done and it was a little tough to cut but the bite was so juicy and the flavor was very unique I loved every bite of it I had to slow down cause it was so good. For sides I had the Mac annd cheese annd the mashed potatoes . The potatoes were 🔥 but the Mac and cheese was like Mac n cheese salad n a way. Also for an appetizer we had the calamari and that was really good too with the red sauce the white sauce was ok. So overall it was really good I definitely recommend this place and thanx for letting us try your restaurant I loved it.

It's definitely a great steakhouse, the hostess was very friendly and sat us right away, the place feels inviting and our waitress felt like she was rushing us at first but then she changed for the best, they have local IPA'S, like literally from the town. I got my the cowboy ribeye and it was cooked as I ordered it and my friend had the sirloin. Great beef and great flavors. I love that you get delicious sourdough bread and overall it's a great place for good food and drinks. I will come back to try new food.

A hidden gem!
From the looks of the outside and location I was not expecting the food to be so delicious! We attended a dinner here for a birthday party and everyone was so happy with their meals! It’s a pretty penny, but worth it for the food you are getting. Only con was I asked for a medium-well steak and it was cooked pretty well. Also, for our large party we booked a regular long table and the way the chairs flare out toward the end of the seat makes it a bit hard to get in and out while everyone is sitting.

We came all the way from Texas to visit friends and family. They brought us here and y’all did not disappoint. It’s hard to find a steak this good regardless of the State you may be in. Great job, Great food, Great old Fashioneds and even better service. I wish I remembered our Blonde Servers name but she was amazing. Thank you.

Just had a fantastic meal and superb service. The service throughput our meal was exceptional. We especially enjoyed the calamari appetizer which was nice and crispy and had two different dipping sauces. For mains we had the ribeyes (14 oz) and grilled salmon. All were seasoned and cooked perfectly. The mains came with a salad and two sides. The blood orange vinaigrette on the salad was very tasty. All of the sides (fries, baked potato, mac and cheese, broccolini and green beans) were very good. The meals have very generous portions and are good value for the quality. Wish we had saved room for desserts all of which sounded excellent. Will be back.

The service was great. We did not make any reservations, and we got in within 15 minutes on a Saturday night at 6:30. All staff was friendly and helpful. The steaks were pretty standard, not much stood out. Filet was tender and juicy, but my top sirloin was too chewy. The Cowboy ribeye was flavorful and cooked perfectly. However, the best part, surprisingly, was the green beans, asparagus, and sourdough rolls. So good! I'll be back just to have those again. Sides we could've done without were the mac and cheese-too much white cheddar for us, and the broccolini-too much oil.

Great steakhouse.. Very clean dining area, restroom was fresh & clean too!! Service was outstanding, I drank 5 or 6 lemonades, to go with water and a delishes Spicey Bloody Mary to start.. Pork Belly appetizer was good good.. small portion but packed with taste!! Had the Porterhouse, Med-Rare, baked potatoe and pepper-jack Mac & cheese!! All 3 where outstanding!! Salad was crisp, cold and dressings where flavorful (wet blue, and vinegarette).. The sour dough rolls hit, nice and warm and soft.. butter churned, creamy and whipped.. Overall, 5-star experience for Central Valley Steakhouse Dining.. WE WILL BE BACK!!!
