I rarely leave reviews but since the front desk staff is so pushy about leaving a TripAdvisor review (they give out business cards with a link because they’re probably incentivized) I thought this would be a good opportunity. We usually stay at the Sunset Tower or Beverly Hills Hotel, but my fiancé’s sister had a big engagement party here last year and we had a great time. The rooftop was nice, the rooms still pretty outdated feeling but cozy. Some people were talking about a rabbit themed sex party they attended there the weekend before (yuck) but otherwise we had great food, drinks and service. ||||The 1-star is because of the hotel’s general manager Tessa who was so rude from the very beginning. We brushed it off until check-out when there she was again in the lobby loudly dishing dirt to a coworker and foul-mouthing the owners. That it’s a toxic work environment thanks to them, inappropriate, stingy, out of touch, and are even being sued for fraud and charging guests for hidden fees (we immediately checked our bill when we got in the car.) Did she not see we were still in the lobby waiting for pick-up? It was so awkward. What a night-and-day experience from last year. Won’t be coming back.

Listen up dogs, I am reluctant to post this review as this hotel is THE hidden gem in Los Angeles. However, the good folks running the joint asked me for a review and I must oblige. The vibes here are immaculate. 24/7 pool deck. Flowing with great people and good drinks. The entertainment is top notch (The TOLEDO show on friday nights is a must see). Overall 10/10 vibes.

The most warm,welcoming,attentive,professional,accommodating hotel and staff I have ever experienced! Tess,Sima,Justine,Keith,Kiyomi ,Tim were exceptional at the front desk.Peter and Jason as security always made sure I felt secure. The valet staff was also polite and prompt. The food is outstanding, and the rooms are beautifully appointed . It could easily become a second home for me. The rooftop pool and restaurant is very special.

The Hotel and Rooftop at Petit has been and remains one of my favorite places in all of Los Angeles. The community aspect is just as important as having a space to unwind and refresh myself are equally important to me and Petit excels in both. It's also awesome because the people who work there really make it feel like home...S/O to Tess and her team at the front as well as my rooftop peeps, Leroy, George, Canelo and crew!||This most recent visit, I went for my first training experience in the beautifully re-designed fitness center and had a personal training session with Zach. INCREDIBLE!!! ||I went in thinking I was going for a workout and I left with a completely new understanding of my body and how I can live life pain free! Training with Zach is a must...He is as strong as he looks and just as patient and encouraging.Also did I mention that the gym is beautiful? 😍||Will return, absolutely.

We stayed here for our work think tank and team decompress. Our whole team has different needs and the director of sales went the extra mile for us. We are busy and everyone got what they needed and it was perfect for our work hard/play hard culture. The breakfast is amazing and the pillows and beds are so fluffy. It's like a little getaway in the middle of the city with a cozy, homey, yet eclectic vibe of vibrant and interesting people.

There is heaven on earth. I cross the country to go there (at least once or twice a year) and when I arrive on the outskirts of this heaven, I head straight to its core - that very special place at the center called The Petit Ermitage. I can only get there with the help of Troy, the Director of Sales. Troy's ability to welcome you weeks before you arrive is an unparalleled gesture - rare and seldom found in the hospitality world. Upon arrival, his kindness and professionalism are evident in how you are greeted, how you are treated and the rest just happens with ease. You're there. You are absorbed into what I call the Petit World. Back home now I realize how much I miss my Petit...Troy - thank you for all you do for me - I feel very special and very lucky to know you and your team at Petit.

My favorite place to stay great experience staff and actually a great value. Sima at the front desk is informed helpful and accommodating. The event at the hotel are a joy, the rooms are not insipid modern hotel rooms they have character and feel like old rock and roll vibes. If you want a holiday inn do that!
