Had a great stay here for my anniversary. We were supposed to be forest side but was able to get a lakeside. The woman (I am sad I don’t know her name) in the office was amazing. She was professional and helpful and really went the extra mile. The small studio we got is perfect and just right. It has everything you need to cook and the views are amazing. We walked the beach and pier and had dinner at whit caps pizza! This stay has been absolutely awesome. We are going skiing again at northstar and it is ten minutes down the road. We booked a room for summer!

Nice, rustic, studio cabin located just a few feet from the Lake Tahoe shore. The cabin is very comfy and could really use some updates but what sets this apart is the private deck located right at the shores of the most beautiful lake in the world! The views are beautiful and the tranquility of lounging at the lake side is incredibly relaxing. We definitely plan on coming back.

We were excited to try this place for the 1st time. We were celebrating our 30th Anniversary. After checking out rooms online, I called to make reservation. The one thing we absolutely wanted was a fireplace. When we arrived a very sweet gal at front desk checked us in and assured us we had a lakefront room and fireplace. We got to our cabin and unpacked everything. Went out to deck to enjoy view. It was cool enough when sun went down so my husband tried to turn on fireplace but it didn't work. Too late for office so next morning I went to office. Same sweet girl said she would send out maintenance man and he came and said it needed a switch which would have to be ordered. Asked if we wanted to switch cabins and we said no after totally unpacking. When we got there dishwasher had 'out of order' sign on it. TV in bedroom didn't work. The last morning my husband went to make coffee and coffee maker didn't work after trying several different plugs. Thank goodness we had our spare coffee maker we always bring "just in case". It is a fantastic place as far as location, but I feel after the amount of money we spent to stay for 3 nights, everything should have been in working order. We made the best of it with the beautiful view from our deck, but overall it was a very big disappointment!!

The views from the beach and pier were very nice, we enjoyed both. However most of the beach property, volleyball court, and grassy areas were covered in goose poop. The beach is also adjacent to the waste water treatment facility. Our room was clean, but both beds were horribly uncomfortable and the pillows left me with a sore neck. The kitchen had only one dishcloth.
There was a constant beeping noise from just outside the unit all night in one bedroom and the other had a very bright street light just outside. These factors combined with the poor mattress and pillow quality left us without good sleep for 5 nights.
The drinking water was great from the tap! It was a pretty good location, we walked to Kings Beach several times and found a nice park with walking paths adjacent to the property on the forest side. However, as someone who was looking forward to sleeping well (left my toddlers back home) I cannot recommend staying at this property.

We loved the Experience and the room. The views are beautiful and the whole experience was terrific which is why I'm giving them full 5 stars. We've already recommended them to a few friends that have booked private cabins. The only reason why I gave the room a 4 on 5 was for the outdated appliances which doesn't hamper the experience but I just want to get it out there. All in all, we will return again next year and plan to stay here.

We stayed on the beach side, not waterfront but super close to the beach. Our room was darling. The decor was really cute. It was very clean and loved that it had a nice little kitchen. Very comfortable. We would so go back again and hope to go back again! Please note we were told every unit is a privately owned unit so they’re all gonna vary. It’s not a standard motel hotel.

My dad used to own a unit here years ago so I’m partial to this place. Even if I wasn’t, this place is awesome. Minimal traffic noise across the street from the beach. Easy walking, clean, cabin-like rooms, a pool and beach access. My favorite part is the staff. Justin helped me out and everyone there was super nice. We will be back.

Loved our stay at a Lakeview studio cabin. This is a good cabin near the lake with all the amenities you can ask for. Cabin had good views of the Lake. We loved the pier and the park. Justin at front desk was very friendly and provided good suggestions for dinner and breakfast. Would love to stay again in future
