What a dump! This was the worst experience at a hotel I have ever had. The first room they put us in had a white folded kitchen trash bag taped over the toilet tank because the top cover was missing. The air conditioner did not work. When we asked to be moved, they graciously moved us to the room next door that also did not have a working air conditioner. The bathroom shower leaked and flooded the bathroom floor. Our room was not serviced so they did not see the flooding or the sopping wet towels on the floor used to soak up the water on the floor. When we returned to our room and found the mess untouched, we again went to the front desk and were told there was no cleaning crew available to service the room but they could give us additional towels to clean up the mess ourselves. I could not get out of this VERY substandard hotel fast enough. After much discussion with the front desk person who could not make a decision on her own, called the General Manager who agreed to just charge us for the one nightmarish night we stayed there. They would not produce a receipt for me or give me anything in writing stating that I would not be charged for the other nights we had reserved.|We went to the hotel next door where the rooms were clean, service was fabulous and the rooms were serviced every day.

Person checking us in had a difficult time focusing. No hair dryer in room. Noisy. Heard doors slamming all night. Free breakfast was pointless. Coffee lukewarm and very weak. Staff was not helpful when alerted to issues. Poor value and not able to sleep

The staff is super nice & accommodating. They went out of their way to keep my personal belongings safe when I was supposed to check out, but couldn’t make it back to pick up my stuff on time. The rooms were clean, they have breakfast, no complaints about this place at all

This place is a dump. Hallways were hot, not air conditioned, carpets and walls were dirty. The room smelled like fried food and the AC was so loud, it was like sleeping next to a jet engine. The shower had rust next to the drain, there were dirty foot prints in the tube so I had to put a towel down. Once I got in the shower, I noticed there was hair all over the wall. At least the bed sheets were clean, but you could feel all of the springs in the mattress. There was no soap, and the towels were thin & old.

The room smelled like mildew. I smelled linens and shower curtain, all appeared clean and smelled of bleach. Through further looking (not hard) I found the shower surround walls had pulled away from the wall and that's where the mold was. There was someone elses hair still on shower wall. Right after check in she handed me a paper that i guess she needed and then came banging on my room door for it. I guess just calling the room would have been too difficult. After check out, they were supposed to refund the 100 deposit but instead charged me again for the room and deposit. It took a while, but they refunded both charges and recharged just the room rate. Overpriced room with mold issues!

I’m a pretty forgiving person when it comes to hotel reviews. Overall, there aren’t tons of hotel options in Brentwood and this hotel does the job. Decent location…Gas station, convenience store, coffee are all walking distance. Area was fairly quiet. The hotel itself is basic…room was clean and had small fridge, microwave, desk, and TV. Also a pool and very small fitness room, but I didn’t use those. Free breakfast was basic. I felt safe walking around outside. My one gripe is with the hotel room key cards…They would periodically stop working and I’d have to get replacements. Talking with other guests, this is across the board issue. I read DanielFuhs review from May and same issue. So, in summary, this is a decent hotel overall…just need to replace the card readers for room access!

Cozy hotel off the main road close to downtown restaurants and shopping. Was out having fun at the bars and got lucky. Quick UBER ride here and had a great night. Beds are comfortable and the staff was professional and made the check-in was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

I wish I could post pictures to prove I telling the truth. Sleeping at the park bench is better than staying in this dump.

Matress had broken spring coils.
Upon closer look the bed sheets were from 1980's. Holes and shredded.
Toilet kept clogging up.
BLACK SPOTS LIKE MOLD ON THE BATHROOM CEILING.
Lobby and room smelled like mildew.
Refrigerator made loud noise and kept me awake.
MOST IMPORTANTLY. THERE IS A SIGN AT THE RECEPTIONIST TABLE THAT READS. THE FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE IS EITHER BUSY CLEANING ROOMS OR MAKING BREAKFAST.
