The girl at the desk had no customer service skills! I walked into the lobby, and there was no one around, no customers, and no one at the desk. I waited 10 min and noticed a bell. A young woman came out from the back room. No hello, no good evening. I only had one request: I wanted a quiet room! as I traveled for 10 hours. She gave me a room directly across from the elevator. I went back and nicely asked if there was anything else that she could give me. She said I have three choices: 2 roomies next to the elevator or the ice machine. The parking lot had only a few cars; that's not a busy night! She made it very clear I don't deserve a quiet room because I booked my res through hotels.con. My room smells like dogs mixed with dirty sacks. I can't go anywhere else because I will lose money, and she refused to give me a better room.

After the first night we found our car covered in a thick layer of sticky sap from a tree in the parking lot. It was so bad that it made the windshield almost impossible to see through and got onto everything that came into contact with it, including the clothing that we wore that day to a wedding. We paid to have it removed at a local carwash but were offered no reimbursement from the desk staff who told us that management would call us with an offer - which they never did. The front desk clerk, a nice young lady, told us that we would get $20 off our charges (the most that she could authorize), but this was not reflected on the final billing. On our second night at this "motel," we found a parking space away from sap-dripping trees and felt terrible for the poor customers that took our former parking space. Even though we recommended that this space be blocked-off to protect other vehicles, no effort was made to do this and the sap saga continued.

My wife and I stayed at Best Western for our friend's wedding recently. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, which we appreciated. However, my wife forgot her magnifying mirror, and the bathroom didn't have one. She was a little stressed, so I went to ask at the front desk. Janae, who was working there, kindly shared her own magnifying mirror and even sanitized it before giving it to me. She really helped us out, and we give her 5 stars! The hotel should definitely consider adding magnifying mirrors to their bathrooms, though.

This establishment was VERY clean. The hotel staff was courteous and beyond helpful. The building itself is in really good shape. It is right near a major highway, but I didn't even hear the traffic at all. The room I stayed in was comfortable.

Seriously, I drove for 5 hours having never been here before so it was a rough estimate for my arrival time on a Sunday. I get here 20 minutes before 3pm (and yes i understand, check in is at 3pm), but I was told I had to wait until 3 to check in! Seriously? 20 minutes you can't let that slide? Ive been traveling for over 40 years and never have I been turned away, even arriving before check-in time. I have to start making this trip for work monthly but I can assure you, I won't be back!!! Lousy customer service.

The best part of the stay was the girl at the front desk. The room size was more than you could ask and it was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the room smelled very musty and we had to cut our stay short. Also the neighborhood was less than desirable and we had people solicit money from us in the parking lot.

I had reserved here last night and when I came to check in there was a nice lady who took my chime card and didn't say anything about.This morning I go to reserve two more days and the lady at the front desk told me they don't take it.(The general manager Sandra I believe that's her name very rude and very racist I will never bring me in my son's here again she was totally discriminating against me because of the card I was using..The same card I used to get my room last night.The General manager is a racist I would totally not recommend this place to no one she won't get far I promise that.Totally not okay..
