Read the reviews and wanted to see if everything said was true so we checked in and immediately checked the room thoroughly.

The room was /clean/ enough but after taking the blankets off the bed we saw that there was cigarette burns all over the sheets and dried blood.

We did not see any bed bugs or roaches but the sheets put us off so much we requested a refund.

The staff at the front were courteous and did immediately issue us a refund so that was great.

Do your diligence if you stay here!

Took 40 minutes to book a room! Not only did it stink like cigarettes 🚬 and burns in the bedding there was graffiti on the furniture 😂 and throw away towels? Nothing in there was clean I walked in and walked right tf out!! Nastiest thing I’ve ever seen

Worst hotel ever, showed up to check in at the office and no one was there working. I called them and they literally had to call a worker to clock in and help me after almost half an hour of waiting. On the way to my room there was a creep at the hotel watching me and waving to me to get in the car until I got in my room I felt very unsafe there. There was a lot of other creepy people around. DO NOT get room 220 it was unsanitary, the bathroom has mold. I forgot something in the hotel checking out and they told me to wait til 12:00 to receive it. I call again and they said they will have it in the lost and found. I come over there in person and now they're telling me they have no lost and found and threw it away. Never coming back here again. Customer service 0 , safety 0, cleanliness 0.

Positive: nothing Negative: I just pulled in and the office was not accessible I had to talk to the person through a small window. the place was nasty, and the pool was a garbage pit. I did not feel safe at all.

This place is a dive and the management is rude.||||We had our dog with us. Usually we stay at pet-friendly Best Westerns. The Best Western Towne House was sold out that night and directed us to Tiki. Terrible experience. Locals know this place as one to avoid.

The rooms are not up to code. The staff was very rude. There was a young i think Asian boy working the front desk when we checked in. He was very rude and insulting. And i think he stole 20 dollars from us because I'm sure i gave him the correct amount of money for the room ( which is outrageous for the conditions.. 120$) and somehow 20 dollars came up missing. He said i never gave it to him but i counted it out 3 times to be sure before i handed him the money. I turned around to say something to my husband and suddenly I'm 20 dollars short.. don't recommend.
