It is a relatively new hotel. They maintain and keep it in a great shape, rooms are large and comfy. Full kitchens, including a fridge and a dishwasher. Modern and nice. Have many EV chargers in the parking lot. Great value!

Beyond a great experience! I travel a lot and stay at many hotels… me and my mother both had such a great experience from the moment we walked in. Such a welcoming staff, told us where our room is located (we like to park next to the room), place smells amazing, breakfast was the best! Hours for checkout and breakfast just so much longer than normal hotels. Honestly, loved it here! Thank you to the staff!!! You all are amazing!

Beware that if you ship to the Amazon locker here, make sure that the locker is NOT full. Otherwise the packages will be left attended by the front desk workers who OPENED my package.

The building itself is nice enough, rooms are spacious and all that. But a lot of mistakes were made during my stay by the staff.

The staff was nice enough, or perhaps I should say polite. But they weren't very helpful, we had to complain about several things while we were there, the first day we were there housekeeping didn't even refill the toilet paper or replace the towels, we had to ask for that stuff

Every time we ask for something completely reasonable we were treated as an inconvenience. I felt because we were there on an insurance claim rather than vacation or business we were treated differently than the other guests, like we didn't belong there.

Then there was the issue with the blanket, we brought several personal blankets from home to feel more comfortable during our stay. One of which was accidentally taken from our room. I know it was taken because we checked everywhere including under the sheets and in the cabinets. It absolutely was not there.

We brought it up to the management and the housekeeping. But instead of returning the blanket properly and apologizing, they put it back in our room and pretended like nothing happened. I don't like being lied to. It is a sign of absolute disrespect, and an insult to my intelligence.

When I brought this up to the management, that I was displeased with the way they handled it, they decided not to renew our stay, and expected us to check out when my insurance company had approved a stay for two more weeks.

I didn't even find out about this until housekeeping knocks on my door at 12:05 saying I was supposed to check out at noon.

Then, they only gave me an hour to pack up all my stuff that I had just unpacked for what I believed to be a two-week stay.

The whole thing was incredibly unprofessional, I expected better treatment from a place like this. I expected to be treated like a person.

Additionally they are not as pet friendly as they advertise themselves to be. Technically you are allowed to have pets in the room, but you have to be there with them. I was expecting an adjacent patio with a doggie door going outside when I heard it was pet friendly. But in order to let the dogs use the bathroom you have to go downstairs into this terrible patch of gravel.

We ended up having to temporarily relocate our dogs all the way to Fresno, because this place isn't as pet friendly as they make themselves seem.

I stayed here for almost a month while my home was under going repairs from a flooding incident and the staff were so friendly. I kept having to extend my stay due to construction delays and they were so helpful, kind, and accommodating. Laundry, gym, and breakfast areas are spacious and clean. The rooms are clean as well, love the kitchen area and housekeeping staff were so friendly. I would come back to my beds made and my stuffed animal placed back on my bed 🥹🫶🏻

Large, clean rooms (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, dishes); gym was adequate; staff was very friendly, very helpful. The location is good, right off of the freeway at a busy area, but traffic signals make it easy to navigate.

My room is clean and nice. It has a living room, kitchenette, enormous bathroom and private bedroom. It's more like an apartment than a hotel room. This would be idealistic for any out of town visitors on extended stay. I came here for the Tulare World Ag Expo and all hotels were sold out. But this one stayed reasonably priced and gave me an excellent room 102. I always prefer Hilton hotels and this one has free breakfast.

Visiting my son who is stationed at Lemoore NAS. Great choice. Excellent accommodations. Good value. Nice breakfast selection. Staff is very accommodating. Rooms are a nice size for a multiple day stay. Lots of restaurants and stores very close, but hotel is off the main strip. Room was very quiet.
