I don’t recommend staying at this hotel. I searched hotels for a two night stay for myself, daughter & grandson to attend a funeral in town. I search and only three hotels showed up in Corcoran so I read the reviews and based on that the only difference was Corcoran country inn had a hot continental breakfast included so we booked with them. Let me say that was a mistake. Check in was not very friendly or inviting. Room was clean and like the pictures. The bed was hard as a rock you could feel the springs sticking through the mattress. I wasn’t expecting down feather toppers but tolerable. Woke up to go enjoy hot continental breakfast to walk into mini pre wrapped danishes (4 only) three bruised up red apples, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bagels (2 plan ones) half a gallon oj and half gallon milk and two kinds of cereal. I asked them what part of this is a HOT BREAKFAST? She said you can put bagel in toaster and the coffee is hot. I was shocked….. I wasn’t expecting a buffet but damn a hot breakfast is not a bagel you can put in a toaster let alone not even enough for all of us. We were there at 705am and it started at 700am there was tons of guest staying there the parking lot was almost full. We left and had to go to McDonald’s for some hot food. Water temperature is set way too low for showers. When we returned after funeral that evening and the room hadn’t been touched. I called front desk and she stated that they don’t clean rooms unless you put the sign out on the door. (Sign stated on one side “maid services as soon as possible” and other side “do not disturb”. So I didn’t put it out because we were going to be gone all day so I didn’t want them to have to rush to clean our room when we weren’t in a hurry. If at check in I was told that I would have put sign out to have room cleaned at all I would have set it out… So I asked for at least some new towels and she brought some down. I don’t know if there has been a change in ownership since other decent reviews posted or what but i chose this place based on its previous reviews and the fact it stated it had a HOT CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST and the other hotels didn’t. I understand you get what you pay for but I have stayed at way cheaper places for way better service/stay. I don’t base my stay on the price but reviews, amenities , and options here in Corcoran are slim. But advertising things that are just not the case isn’t right! Don’t say comfortable beds or hot breakfast when it’s bagels and hot coffee and a below standard mattress. I highly recommend driving 15 mins back to Hanford or further to Tulare, Delano or take your chance and nap in car at a rest stop.

I checked in and was greeted with a smile. The hostess gave me options on how to pay so I came prepared with cash(They provide a 10% discount when you pay with cash). After, I went to my room which the room key opens the gate for the gated parking. That security feature makes you feel safe especially when traveling alone. The room was roomy and very clean. I stayed here for 2 nights and I didn't have one problem or hear of any noise outside the room. Parking is just for guest only so I was able to park directly in front of my room. When I wanted dinner I just walked to get it. It was several eatery places next door. That included a Mexican restaurant, Taco Bell and McDonald's. I even walked to the Dollar General for water to put in the mini fridge. I will definitely return when I'm back in town. Great job to the staff for making my stay comfortable.

Love this place. Staff is friendly & welcoming. They even make you breakfast if you like in the morning. Rooms are newly remodeled & always clean. Never had any issues when staying here. And the prices are very reasonable. Location is perfect for me when visiting Corcoran. There's different food options nearby. The rooms also have mini fridges and microwaves. And it's quiet. Definitely my first choice when staying out that way.

I stayed there on my way to Sequoia National Park.
Very well maintained property, plenty of parking space, and friendly property manager.
The room and bathroom were clean.
Plenty of free breakfast options.
I just wish they installed more warm lights in the room.
I forgot my bag with my laptop in it and the property manager kept it safe for us to retrieve it the next day. Kudos to the honest housekeeping crew.

Stayed here for the first time and was welcomed by the property manager Rose. The hospitality was great and she even made us breakfast the next morning! The rooms are gated so you’ll feel safe. Thank you Rose & Corcoran Country Inn. This stay will not be our last 🙂

The rooms are clean. The lady in charge is very accommodating.
I felt safe there and the only thing that woke me up during the night was the train:-)

In absolute awe how nice and thoughtful Rose is. She goes above and beyond for her guest. Made us breakfast with a smile on her face. Rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable.

Has the best stay ever! Excellent and very clean place. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Also, love the fact that it has a security gate entering the property that only guests can access. Loved the swimming pool!
I'll be returning in a couple months.
