Wonderful and comfortable hotel! The bed was very comfortable and clean. Great value for the price. The lobby has 24/7 coffee and water (sparkling & still) station. The hotel is located next to the highway but the room was still quiet and we didn't hear anything.

We would happily stay here again!

Great location and freeway convenient in Glendale/ Pasadena. Hotel was clean and welcoming. Great price for the quality and room. Only wish they had nicer bedding and more pillows. Surrounding area was ok lots of small independent motels. I was disappointed that when I asked for a late check out since I was checking in so late they said "no". I wish the front desk person was more understanding and accommodating but if I had to stay in the area again I'd stay here. Mostly due to the cost and quality.

Beautiful place, more than worth its price. Shampoo and soap with many towels, very clean and spacious, smells amazing, sheets are superb, refrigerator and microwave look brand new, TV, desk, beautiful windows. The design is classic tasteful which I love! Couldn’t ask for better. Unlimited coffee machines in the lobby, and very friendly staff. Vending machines available and walkable to Ralphs, Target, Fitness 19, and a cute Italian restaurant next door.

This is a convenient and friendly place to stay for a couple of nights. The room was large and everything worked well. The decor is tired but anything that needed caulking or fixing had been done. My only complaint is the bed, which was very uncomfortable and made up in such a way as to ensure the sheets would get tangled. Other than that it was fine.

For an older hotel, this was pretty nice. The hotel seemed a little older but it was nice. There was no breakfast so a trip to ralphs would be a good idea. The beds were more on the firm side. Sometimes the front parking can be crowded but you can park in the back.

Stay at Glendale Hotel if you want a filthy room, an hour-long wait to check in, and the worst customer service of your life! I accidentally left my wedding ring behind during my stay, and the hotel’s response was nothing short of insulting. Calls and emails were completely ignored. When I finally got through the phone line after countless attempts, the man on the phone didn’t even bother to ask my name, stay dates, or any details before smugly declaring, ‘There is no ring.’ His immediate assumption, with zero effort to investigate, wasn’t just dismissive—it sounded guilty, like he already knew the answer and didn’t care to do his job. No one ever responded to my emails, despite the hotel’s false promises in their review replies.

This kind of treatment is all too common here. As you can see in the reviews, guests regularly report dirty rooms, hour-long waits at check-in with no staff around, and rude, indifferent service. Whoever responds to these reviews clearly has no actual connection to the hotel—they’re just trying to save face with empty promises to "look into things" that never go anywhere. I can't wait to read what silly response the 'hotel' will come up with to this review.

I’ll make sure everyone hears about this disgraceful experience.

Cute little place at a good price. Bed was quite comfortable, and room was clean. Took forever to get hot water to run in the sink, but it came right on for the shower so no worries there. Loved the coffee/hot cocoa/cappucino machine in the lobby - saved me for the early trip to the Rose Bowl parade.

The help is very courteous & helpful! I enjoyed my stay with the hotel. My stay was very pleasant & peaceful. Their coffee center is the best especially if you want a latte or a cappuccino. The staff is very kind & professional! My stay was very relaxing!
