Jasmine is so wonderful and Mark was so accommodating and understanding! Our car broke down 3 hours from home after a funeral.

It was after 11pm and it had been a long day.

We had our car towed to the Holiday Inn parking lot because it was right across the street from the car service place and we were pretty distraught since we had planned to be home that night and had only the clothes on our back having driven up just for the day.

Jasmine set us up with a really nice room and toiletries (we didn't have anything with us to spend the night and those toothbrushes and toothpaste/mouthwash and deodorant really helped when we were feeling down and out).

She even found some phone chargers for us to borrow for the night and a really nice extra comforter which she brought to our room.

The next day we had to wait until 4:30pm for our car to be fixed and Mark was so nice and helpful. He let us stay past check out time so we didn't have to wait the whole time at the car place. He was really understanding and it meant so much to us. Honestly, sitting on the bed and watching TV while we were feeling sorry for ourselves while waiting for our minivan to be fixed was so much nicer than sitting in uncomfortable chairs for hours at the dealership.

We are so grateful to Mark and Jasmine at the Holiday Inn in Selma. Thank you!

The boys upfront, Nick and Mark… Find gentlemen in town! Would not want service any other way from hotel staff. I'm sure housekeeping is just as good, but I was only there at this time for three days and didn't need it. Keep up the great work,because a lot of places have lost it. For an IHG location in the middle of nowhere, you guys are top-notch in my books. Bravo Zulu gentleman!

The front desk clerk was so kind and made an early check-in possible (bad knee &needed rest). The room was super clean, the bedding felt cozy and the mattress like sleeping on a cloud. Would definitely recommend.

I enjoyed my one night stay here. The room was clean, bed very comfortable. The HVAC system worked very well. I also appreciated having the laundry line available in the bathroom - I don't see this all the time. The only downside was intermittent wifi connection speed.

I stay at many Holiday Inn Hotels through the year. This hotel is one of the best in California, matter of fact on my top 5 for California.

The staff is super friendly and they always greet me by name, as I stay here often. I am treated as if I was a family member.

I love staying here. I stay here at least monthly for work and the location is perfect off the freeway. The rooms are always clean and the staff is super friendly. It doesn't have it's own restaurant but the restaurant connected to it is only a short walk within the same parking lot way. This has exactly what I need for a few night stay.

Rooms-Amazing rooms. Very clean and affordable.

Service-Excellent service. The staff are vwry hospitable, friendly and generous. Witnessed them work with over 80 kids at once and did an amazing job! They are always there trying to make your stay better.

Location-very nice location. Next to a few food places and isnt too far from Fresno (good for the price). The buildings themselves are very gorgeously built and have an exquisite design and theme.

We stay here every year when coming to the area for my Dads Birthday. We come from Idaho.
The rooms are good & also clean. The beds are just fine, however, I just don’t sleep well away from home anyway. The value is good for what you get. And, a bonus is that you get a $5 coupon for breakfast next door at Legends.
