I would stay here again due to its convenience near the fairgrounds. The bed was very comfortable, folks in front office very nice, convenient parking, HVAC worked great and good internet. However, for the price paid, this no frills hotel lacked a breakfast, had very dirty grout in the bathroom, lower quality bedding, bathroom convenience outlet wasn't working, an outdoors ice machine tucked away in a closet at the far end of the hotel and the machine was leaking water out the door to the outside, which made it awkward to get ice and keep my feet dry, and noisy rooms/neighbors. Room decor was very plain. and the only clock was on the microwave, which had not been re-set for the time change.

I spent $160 on a nightmare. There were chips and dirty cups left behind by the previous guests in the room. In addition, the carpet smells disgusting due to the combination of dog urine and dirty mop. There were no hotels with available rooms, so I was unable to leave.
I don't recommend this hotel.

First off, office staff/ owner was very unfriendly and just rude. Advertised has a hot tub, but it’s not available for use with no reason why. The cable is out of service. Bed is very stiff and uncomfortable. Not sure how this place has a 4 star rating. Don’t waste you money, go to motel six or any other hotel near by.

Quaint little hotel; awesome and friendly front desk staff. No, it’s not the Four Seasons, but it was safe, quiet, and clean and got the job done.

Positive: We were less than an hour away from Pinnacles NP and the town had options for food and gas. Negative: The hotel is older and there looked to be people living there vs staying there. (My opinion - could be long term guests, IDK)

We had a good night at Keefer's Inn in King City.|Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The linens were clean. The bathroom was modern but was missing wash cloths. The room was very quiet even though the hotel is adjacent to the freeway. A few items, such as the couch and carpet, had some stains.||Breakfast was minimal, granola bars and fruit juice.||Note - there is no elevator to the second floor.||This is an excellent place to stay if you're planning on visiting Pinnacles National Park.

We had a booger sticking on one of the towels, and the other one was dirty as well. There were hairs of previous visitors in the bathtub. Behind the cupboard we found remnants of old fries. This place is crazy filthy considering its decent other reviews... The only good thing was the bed, which was comfortable, and the guy on the reception was nice.

Thank you for being so accommodating, this place is pet friendly and absolutely immaculate. Parking is plentiful, King Cora and Burger King are within walking distance.. and lastly, the service is above and beyond. Was a pleasure staying the night.
