Pleasantly surprised by the care taken to prepare the room and bathroom. It was cheerful, clean and comfortable. The location close to river is wonderful and street is quiet. No traffic noise. Restaurants and bars, diners are within walking distance.

Very comfortable cabin, beautiful location across from kern River. Plenty of amenities like fridge and microwave, air conditioning, front porch and grill. It worked out perfect for our family of 3, and is located nearby to many restaurants and grocery stores. The location offers plenty of opportunities for hiking, biking, kayaking or scenic drives. The owners were extremely accommodating and responsive. We will definitely return here!

Best value of any hotel room I have stayed in. I can hear the beautiful sound of the river from the room, which has outdoor table and bbq and a key code to enter when I arrived late.

A windy road to the campsites, but well worth the drive. Went for an office trip, and loved every minute of it. Beautiful weather and well-needed seclusion, made camping feel authentic. Nearby facilities were wonderful, as well as the people nearby!

Highly recommended.
We randomly picked this place as it was at a convenient location on our Vegas to SF road trip.
Kernville is nice, a bit of an oasis amongst the dry surrounding area, and this B&B is excellent too - close to the lovely Sequoia National Forest.

I made a mistake and booked the wrong dates for my reservation. Sorry, human error and that was my fault. Long story short, Kern Riverview Inn took my money from the old reservation and refused to refund or make me a new one. They came up almost $400 because of an error I made with no remorse. I've tried multiple times to reach out to this establishment and they now have completely ignored me. Shady, shady business. I hope karma catches up with your bad business ethics. Future guests, beware!
