My boyfriend woke up with bites. Right when you walk in it smells like chemicals. I couldn’t tell if I was sleeping on boards or a mattress. You get two flat hard pillows. Woke up with really bad back pain. The bed is really small for two people. The sheets were dirty and had someone else’s hair on them. No toilet paper. Dirty walls and floor. I would not recommend this place. It was $100 for a night.

Johnny was very accommodating considering what he had to offer his guest. That little motel⛺ has a lot of potential if owners would spend alittle money and update everything just renovate the entire place, maybe even a little bed and breakfast or add some corner sauna's or jacuzzi bathtubs you know just accommodate for the few guest they do get . RIP Ghost 👻 we regret we did get to see you again before you u had to go. Thanks for being our friend! We will miss u 🙏

I called for a reservation and asked what they charge per night. They said $75. I asked if they serve breakfast. They said, 'No'. I asked why they charge more than many of the hotels just a half hour away in Fresno that do offer breakfast. Rather than offer any rationale, they said, 'If you want it, come get it. Bye.' and hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Would love to see a Comfort Inn come to town and run this place out of business. Ended up staying in Fresno.

This is likely the best place in Kerman. The only viable option is Fresno, and there is no place there that I can recommend. You will likely not die here, but bring your own shampoo. The couple that run it are very nice, but eccentric. Check in was tedious, and they wanted a little too much information. TV worked after repeated assurances that it would not. Have not tried the wifi. No American Express cards accepted. Seems like a nice neighborhood. Good walking.

The motel looks decent from the outside, but I never got to see the inside. I reserved a room a month ahead of time, and called one day ahead to confirm the reservation. When I arrived, the manger told me I did not have a reservation, WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING IN THE BOOK. While I was trying not to blow my top, my girlfriend asked some further polite questions, and eventually guessed that the manager gave our room to somebody who was planning to stay much longer.

Fortunately, there were plenty of decent motel rooms available in Fresno. Kerman Inn Motel gets 2 stars, because at least they did not charge my credit card for the room.

Home away from home.
My best friend was running the motel. He passed away suddenly about a week ago gonna miss the heck out of him. RIP Johnny
